- Taj Mahal - Begin your full day Taj Mahal and Agra Fort tour with a pick-up from your hotel in the Delhi NCR area or the airport starting any time between 6.00 and 9.00 am, to depart to Agra city via the expressway. Your first stop is Agra Fort With your private guide, Next, enjoy a lunch of Indian dishes at a local restaurant before continuing your tour to your second World Heritage site and perhaps India’s most iconic landmark, the Taj Mahal. Built in the mid-1600s, this white marble mausoleum was commissioned by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in dedication to his wife with your guide. Then head to your last attraction, the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah, another mausoleum sometimes referred to as the Baby Taj, as it was one inspiration for the Taj Mahal and sits just across the river from it. Learn from your guide about the Persian influences behind the design of the tomb as you admire its stone inlay and trellis work. Your day trip then ends with the return drive to Delhi.

Taj Mahal visit - It was an amazing trip .. my guide Athar made it just perfect.. he explained every single detail about the history of Taj Mahal and was a very helpful to take unique pictures.. would recommend him for anyone who will visit Taj

Anne worries e if a lifetime - Seeing Taj Mahal in person is an experience I will likely never forget. Pictures are beautiful but being there is extraordinary. Our guide, Ather, was phenomenal not only in providing us information about Taj Mahal but in taking some of the best pictures we could have ever asked for. He knew all the best places for pictures and am so thankful for that. I highly recommend. Thank you again for a wonderful day!

Taj Mahal done easy - Great trip, exceeded my expectations on both the service and the Taj Mahal. Neeraj hosting was a highlight and his knowledge and short cuts in the hectic Taj crowd made for a smooth experience. I can also recommend my driver Prakash. He is both safe and knowledgeable...even stop for massala tea on route.

Great Experience - I visited Tajmahal with my friend, when we reach Agra we met with our tour guide Neeraj, he was knowledgeable, he explained each and everything.

Great tour - Ali who is our tour guide, was very passionate in sharing the history and stories of Taj Mahal. Most importantly he took really good photos and knowing where are the good spots for photos. Really enjoyed the trip and the services he rendered. Definitely recommended !

Excellent tour guide - We had one day to visit Agra and so we decided to do morning to evening via Gatimaan Express. Upon arrival in Agra Cantt we were pleasantly surprised by our tour guide, Anurag (aka Anu) waiting right outside our compartment to welcome us. From that point on we were all set. He was extremely good at what he does, well researched and very eloquent in his English and Hindi. Besides history, he was well versed with other topics. We were impressed with his knowledge about the city and had a great sense of humour. He had some fascinating stories and had also done some deep research to disprove some of the myths that we had about the Taj Mahal. Our young son in his 20s enjoyed the tour too, thanks to a well presentation rendition by Anu.
An added bonus was his ability to take great pictures on the mobile and all at the right spots.
In summary, we highly recommend Anurag as tour guide for Agra.
