Additional Information

Anticipate a mix of humor, eeriness and a hint of the macabre.

On a guided tour designed for a maximum of 12 tourists, we commence by getting to know one another at the tour’s start; gathering information about everyone’s origins, previous tour experiences, and individual interests. I will then tailor-makes a walking tour that accommodates everyone’s interest, whether it’s focused on ghost stories, grisly accounts, or historical trivia. Once we set off, we’ll stroll for approximately 1.25 miles (2km) along the paved walkways of the French Quarter. Rest assured, it won’t feel like a grueling hike. There will be ample pauses as I divulge the tales of the various houses, storefronts, art galleries and hidden alleyways we encounter. Occasionally, we might even venture to the banks of the vast Mississippi River. Throughout this journey, I will narrate myths of phantoms, mythical creatures, vampires, Voodoo, witchcraft, pirates, serial killers, and more. Subtly, I’ll intersperse some details about history and architecture – you won’t even notice the educational aspect! We will take a pit-stop at a local bar midway through the tour.

Take THIS haunted tour. Not the other ones. - Brian is a natura entertainer. He had us laughing the whole time. The small geroup and wireless headsets were a nice touch. There are a LOT of other huge tour groups around with 30+ guests and a guide trying to yell to them all. Brian lives in the neighbourhood and you can tell he does this because he loves it. 100% recommend. It’s a tour, history, and pure entertainment.

Great fun in the French quarter - Brian was a great guide and very entertaining. He gauged his audience and chose stories and locations based upon their interests. He has a wealth of knowledge about New Orleans and its haunted history. It’s nice that the tour groups are smaller and his use of earpieces is great. We had a great time on this tour.

Creepy, irreverent fun - Brian is awesome! He's an excellent racounteur who knows his stuff, lives and breathes the town and its history. He'll make your tour as scary/informative as you want it to be and focus on the stuff you personally want to know about (whether it's ghosts, vampires, and/or voodoo zombies). Best off all, he uses Bluetooth headsts so he can tell you the stories in a near-whisper while everybody else around you is screaming their way through some other (less interesting) tour. We had a great time.

Super great tour and nice guide - Great sense of humor, worked in interesting and easy to digest information. Covered several topics from serial killers to voodoo zombies. He asked at the beginning what we were interested in and customized the tour for us which was super cool! Would definitely recommend

My favorite tour 3yrs running! - 25/10, would recommend. Local guide, everybody knows him. Committed to preserving the community in New Orleans and sharing the hx! LOVEEE!!! This guy is awesome!!! His tour used to be on airbnb, it was great then and even better now!! Brian is a local that lives in the quarter. He is a natural storyteller and it’s always a small group that highlights individual interests!if there is TEA he knows it!!! The wireless headsets that u can hear him talk as yall walk or even when ppl on the street r rowdy r a MUST!!! Deaf in one ear? Brian brought options for u! My now husband and I took this tour 3yrs ago when we got engaged on Jackson square!! We were back for my best friends bachelorette and I BEGGEDDDDD we do this tour!!!!! I’m so glad I convinced them they said it was WAYYYY better than any of the haunted tours they had been on b4!!!!!! My best friend said: “I’ve been on many tours in different cities and his was the absolute best I’ve ever been on!! “
