- In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point - just a short stroll from most downtown hotels
- Tour vehicles are equipped for wheelchair storage. If wheelchairs collapse and fold, they can be placed in the storage compartment on the bus. If the wheelchair is a scooter, then special arrangements need to be made with the supplier for a handicap-accessible bus. This must be arranged 48 hours prior to tour date. Contact details will be on your voucher
- If you wish to take both paddle and wheel tours on the same day, you must book the 9am departure
- Tour vehicles are equipped for wheelchair storage. If wheelchairs collapse and fold, they can be placed in the storage compartment on the coach. If the wheelchair is a scooter, then special arrangements need to be made with the supplier for a handicap-accessible bus. This must be arranged 48 hours prior to tour date. - Our riverboats is wheelchair accessible. However, access to the top & bottom decks on the NATCHEZ are by stairs only. Please call us with any questions before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment.
- Cruise is suitable for wheelchairs, but restrooms stalls are not wide enough to accommodate and there are no elevators on board.
- Please Note: Should the Steamboat NATCHEZ become unavailable for her yearly Coast Guard inspections and/or general maintenance, all cruises during this time will take place on her sister vessel - the newly renovated Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS.

You must exchange this voucher for your ticket at the Gray Line window at the 'Lighthouse' ticket office located at Toulouse St and the Mississippi River (Steamboat Natchez Dock), just one block from Jackson Square in the French Quarter. Please note that both the New Orleans Steamboat Company and Gray Line New Orleans share the 'Lighthouse' ticket office - you must go to the 'Gray Line' window

Interesting history - Jim was a knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide. Alton a good driver. The Harbor Cruise was informative and relaxing.

Great Day! - My husband and I really enjoyed our City Tour with Jim. He was very knowledgeable about the city, had great stories and was fun to be around. Visiting the cemetery was the best part!

City Tour - Our guide Susan made it great! With a History degree, as well as being born and raised in NO, she was very informative, and FUNNY! Our driver, Vanessa, was also top notch. Great tour.

Awesome opportunity to see the city! - The city tour was an excellent way to get a feel for the great city that is New Orleans in just 2 hours. If you’re not used to all the walking a city offers then I highly recommend. You get several chances to get off the bus an explore a graveyard, experience the local vegetation and grab a beignet at the famous Cafe Du Monde. There is no way to see everything this tour offers if you opt to explore on your own. Our guide Liz was extremely informative and knowledgeable on the area and you couldn’t ask for a better driver then Duane. We highly recommend!

With doing when in NOLA - We were so lucky with the weather in winter! Beautiful blue skies and to be in shorts! We did the afternoon 2.30pm departure and surprised how busy and how many people this boat took. The queues were long! I’d bought tickets online but you had to still show the email at the ticket office to get paper tickets which seemed pointless to me in todays digital world. We sat up on the top deck with the jazz band and still managed to get chairs on the edge so a great view all the way up the Mississippi. We were sat on the right side too as most of the cruise is going downstream so looking forward sit on the left as the commentary mainly relates to what you see on the New Orleans city side and not the Algiers side. It was a very pleasant 2hrs but lucky we had the sun!!

New Orleans Super Saver: City Tour and Steamboat Natchez Harbor Cruise - I was disappointed. We started with the City Tour and was dropped off 6 blocks away from the Steamboat Cruise. We had to run to catch it as the boat crew was nearly walking up the ramp. If it wasn't for our son yelling wait for us. They turned around and we were able to get on. Plus their was another couple who nearly missed it also. First of all bus did not leave on time 15 minutes later. Second we told the speaker on the bus we have to catch the cruise, just was told this is how long the trip is. You should train your staff if they have higher volume of traffic and parades those should be accounted for to get us at the next trip.

Skip It, There's Other Things To Do - Booked on TA, but there was no place to order the buffet lunch on the cruise. Bought the lunch separately the day before the cruise and it cost an extra $4 (for a total of $17 per). The morning City was OK but rather hurried since three people were more than 15 minutes late and we had to wait for them. We were supposed to be back in time for the cruise at 11 but didn't get back till 11:25. By the time we boarded the vessel it was 11:30. We were then informed that we had 30 minutes to eat in the supposedly all you can eat buffet. Felt like I was back in the military trying to wolf down my food before I got booted out of the dining hall. The food was mediocre at best. The catfish was tough as shoe leather - how can you get make catfish that tough?? The only decent things were the rice and beans and the bread pudding.
The vessel was extremely crowded and it was next to impossible to get a good seat on deck unless you went down to the lowest deck. Even then it was a bit crowded.
The whole thing was stressful and unfulfilling. 😐
