Wonderful customer service - Great, great customer service. With hurricane Ida approaching and even though they would normally not be required to provide a refund when we canceled they did. We greatly appreciate it. We were very disappointed not to be able to come. When we are finally able to get to New Orleans for our vacation we will certainly make sure we book "The Best of New Orleans" Food Tour.
