First visit and first tour to NOLA - Had a great time with Quay. We went with him upon our arrival to NOLA for our first visit. We wanted a general tour of the city get get some history and understanding. Quay delivered. He knew a great deal of the city, was very friendly and catered the tour what what we requested…even adjusted the hours at our request. We went on several tours, and we all agreed Quay was at the top of the list.

Magical Times in New Orleans - We highly recommend New Orleans tour guide Quay Frazier. We hired him for a 4-hour private car tour of NOLA, and it was an outstanding experience. Quay asked us what we’d most like to see, and he customized our tour to incorporate our interests. We appreciated his easy-going style and deep knowledge of the city’s history, and we especially enjoyed learning about the musical history of NOLA as Quay himself is a musician. We also liked that Quay knew where to stop for memorable pictures and took photos of us. We would tour with him again and will be recommending him to anyone looking for a great tour experience in NOLA.

Unique experience - Quay’s knowledge of New Orleans culture and history was extensive and diverse. His inside knowledge, from a musician’s perspective, was also unique and fun to observe. His pleasant demeanor, sense of humor, flexibility on itinerary, not to mention excellent driving skills made for an amazing experience!… oh, and the stop for beignets was a delicious bonus 😊

Disappointed - We booked this tour in advance before going to NOLA. It was cancelled at 10:30 at night the night before with only an email. No text, no phone call. We went to the meeting point before we realized it was cancelled. There was no attempt to get us on another tour. I would not book this until I knew there was a backup plan for another tour. This tour was supposed to be the jumping off point for our entire trip, but instead we lost 1/2 to 3/4 of a day trying to regroup and figure out alternatives and we never did get our whole city tour as the other options were booked. You have to cancel 24 hours in advance, but they can cancel on you last minute! Would not recommend. Very disappointed.
