The Natchez! - We had a wonderful time on the Nanchez! The cruise, brunch and jazz music were awesome! We loved the wait staff, the lady in the gift shop and the lady that took pictures of us and our grand girls. We so enjoyed the cruise and everyone we met! It was the perfect outing in New Orleans and on the Mississippi River!

Good experience - I enjoyed the steamboat natchez, the jazz music was really enjoyable. I will say there wasn't much to see outside of the boat and if there was, the guy speaking over the speakers wasn't easy to hear, it was very hard to hear what he was saying. To be honest, I think I would have just preferred the jazz music to be playing the whole trip. It was nice to take a break for a bit from walking in New Orleans and just relax, though. My mum and I also said we wish we had chosen the option with dinner because, the food actually looked quite nice. So if you have the option, maybe go with dinner it's something else to occupy you whilst you're on the boat. I enjoyed watching the steamboat work you could see the wheel turning by goingbto the lower deck and they also said you could visit the engine room which I was wish I had gone into now, it would have been interesting to learn about how it runs. I do think this was a good experience but not the best thing I did when I visited New Orleans. All the staff were very friendly on board the boat; at the bar, in the shop.

Novel experience. - The trip was very nice. Loved the scenery Couldn’t hear the narrator well. Too windy and noisy. Soft ride. I thought it was a little pricy for what it offers

Nice try around the river - This is a nice short cruise around the Mississippi River. The narration was great and it gives you a true understanding of how the levee system in NO work and how they can be so devastating when they fail. The music was great. My only opportunity for improvement would be to have the food ready and available when the brunch services open.they were not prepared initially but the food was available within 15 mins..and the floors were not leveled so our table literally was sitting at an angle. But overall, I would recommend this outing.
