- Tour is designed to be 1.5 hours, but can run up to 2 hours
- Check in is 15 minutes prior to start

- For everyone’s courtesy, tours leave on time.
- Tours go on rain or shine.
- Tour does not end where the tour starts.
- Guests will be helped after the tour with directions to where they are going next.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Your tour guide will contact via text before the tour to help you locate them.
- A restroom break in the middle of the tour will be provided (we promise that part won’t be scary!).
- New Orleans weather changes drastically.
- Umbrellas are good for rain and shade on hot days.

Our tour guide Anderson was great! He was really good with the kids and made the tour interesting for them and the adults. He was super friendly and a fantastic story teller. We are so glad we did the tour and would highly recommend it to other families.

This was a fantastic tour. I'm so thankful there was a family friendly option.
Other kids and parents in the group. Our guide was a teacher so great with kids. Energetic in his presentation and made the stories fun but kept it less gory.
Other tours we passed had gory details and cussing. So this one is totally safe for kids. Plenty of spooky stories, history, etc. Adults were plenty entertained as well.

We had a great time on our Family Ghost Tour. Our tour guide, Dalvin, was very knowledgeable and a great storyteller. In fact, my 10 year old daughter was engaged throughout the entire tour - which is not easy to do! She rarely makes it through an entire film! Thanks for a great tour, Dalvin!
