Great way to see another side of Hong Kong AND learn to make dumplings! - We enjoyed our trip to Lamma Island, meeting Stella and learning to make dumplings with her! It was a super hot day and this excursion was near the end of our trip. We ended up just not being about to do the last part of the walking tour because the temp was just too much for us. Stella was able to roll with our requested change with no problems! She got us inside her studio and brought out the dumpling making supplies. We learned to make many different styles of dumplings and were pleased with the results — both visually and gastronomically! Our creations, under Stella's guidance, were delicious! We also enjoyed the afternoon walk back to the ferry and stopping for a cold coconut water, fresh from the coconut. It was a lovely day and we wish Stella all the very best!
