Excellent Personal Driver Experience - Our personal driver Rakeshkumar P. was Superb! He is very knowledgeable of the city of Manhattan and took us to every site we wanted to see on our customized tour with ease. The next time we visit New York we are definitely going to request Rakeshkumar to be our personal driver and we will definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

Happy and returning customer - In March, I used Jet Black for car service to and from Newark Airport to NYC. They were fantastic. I will be traveling again in June/July and will happily use them for that too. They were professional and on time, and Bella was fantastic in the booking process and follow-up.

Clean, safe experience - Car was clean, driver polite and quiet, no scents which is important since I have allergies. They called me to stay in contact until driver found me. Very conscientious.
