A piece of Heaven!! - Philadelphia is a gem!! First time and I loved it. It was so interesting to walk through the oldest street in Philadelphia the Elfreths' Alley. The rich history of the city: the Liberty Bell, the Constitution square and Congress Hall. etc. The Rocky steps!! I ran through the stairs as well :). And we had the experience of riding the Amish buggy and learn from them how they do things and live!! The best place ever!! Niagara Falls is just amazing God's Glory WOW, and we had a rainbow in the middle of the midst!! Washington is always interesting and impressive, so much history and memorials!

Niagara Falls - Great tour, informative guide. Rooms, overall were good. A lot of ground was covered but was necessary to get where we were going.

Niagara Falls, Washington, Philadelphia - Great sightseeing trip. Bus drivers were horrendous - rude, dangerous driving, extremely unprofessional behaviour. Trip was not well organised. With such long days all the minor issues became exhausting and detracted from our experience.

Tips for reservations, good trip. - I think that they could have found a better alternative for the second day. It was a long stop at a shopping outlet. Even my friends that like to shop at these, thought it was wasted time. We could have seen more historical areas, or stopped to shop in an old town. Anything but a shopping outlet. The plus side was that it started snowing lightly, which was fun for the foreigners who had never seen snow. A few tips for anyone considering this trip. First, it was very good. We ran into an issue when we booked three people on each reservation (two reservations) for a total of six people on two reservations. Two of the people traveling did not have access to a passport, so they did not cross over into Canada. That left us without a room. The website said we would return to the USA but they had us stay in Canada. Four people can't stay in a room there. Anyway, we had to pay out of pocket for a room because Viator would not make it right. So be careful. Book every two people a reservation. They really have a lot on the agenda, so be ready to walk a lot. I enjoyed it but it was a little hard for some. Other than that it was good.

On 1st day i was... - On 1st day i was overwhelmed coz as first time traveler i have no experience the tour guide asked for physical passport so i did not go to Canada. On 2nd day instructions by tour guide to put my luggages on the lobby i did but they were not being transferred to the bus luggage compartment. When we checked in at Fairfield Alexandria, Virginia i had to buy clothes and toiletries because i have sensitive skin for the following day trip.

Very very desorganized but good views of Niagara and the cities - The departure on June 2nd was at 6h30 but we leave at 8h or more, a big delay. It was very very very desorganized, it was a big group and the guide to Niagara couldn't handle the situation with those passengers that are delayed everytime we have a bus stop No wi fi on the bus at all The hotels were too far from the cities there's are in no man's land.... A positive thing was the guide in Filadélfia and Washington a truly professional guide

There is better - I booked a 3 day tour from New York.. once arrived at the meeting place.. difficult to find the mini bus because it was parked outside.. the information on the meeting place is not at all clear this was the case for many people who came late moreover 1 hour of cumulative delay. The driver of the mini bus drove like a hysteric, we almost had an accident at least 3 times. on the second day the guide had finished his work I found myself with a guide who does not speak French.. in a large bus and without connection inside even though it was mentioned that there would be wifi throughout of the journey. The hotel during the second night was also not great... and I slept very badly. All this and they dare to talk about tips etc... I hope it all ends well
