Highly recommend! - Julie was an amazing guide. I was with my family and it was a sweltering day but Julie made it tolerable. She was super knowledgeable and she gave her hand account of her experience of that day. It was worth it! Great guide and we had a wonderful experience ! Highly recommend if your visiting NY and visiting the Memorial!

Glad I chose the Memorial Tour and One World Observatory!! I highly recommend this tour - I’m so glad we did this tour!! It was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Jacklyn our guide was so amazing and knowledgeable. She did a great job telling us stories and explaining the memorial and surrounding areas related to the memorial. I was hoping to get a better understanding of some of the symbolism that I wouldn’t have known without this tour. Lots of Wow moments. We chose to just do this tour and the One World Observatory. I would highly recommend the One World Observatory if I had to choose observatory options!! It was very well done and the views were amazing 🤩

Great experience at ground zero with family - It was a great tour. Dave was fantastic! Enjoyed the personal touch of the stories and photos shared. My father-in-law needed a wheelchair for mobility and the trip was definitely doable for those in a wheelchair.

A Memorable Tour with an Emotional Guide - From the beginning of the tour , we realised that Jaclyn , our guide , was emotionally connected with the subject. She took us through the happenings on the unfortunate day in such a manner which held our attention until the end of the tour. We came to know about the courage exhibited by the first and subsequent responders even at the cost of their own lives. It was a highly memorable experience.
