- 9/11 Memorial Museum at 5 pm is non-guided. An average visit takes approximately two hours
- Please note that guests will need to pass through airport style security to enter the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Certain items are not permitted in the Museum and such items will be confiscated and will not be returned. Please refer to 9/11 Museum’s guidelines on specific prohibited items.

Memorial tour - Viator was a very god experince and all documentation was acurate and as promised. The rep was at meeting place early as was the guide.Both were vey welcoming and the tour was on time.Well organized and the guide,Alice was exceptional

Informational tour with sympathischer Kevin - I went on a tour lead by Kevin and I really enjoyed it. Also liked his personal experiences and deeper insights, as well as background information he gave.
Kevin seems like a knowledgeable local who likes to share his stories.

Excellent 9-11 walking tour - Jerry and Syron were very friendly and respectful. Jerry made an effort to keep the tour positive and give additional insight into the architectural works involved.

Do the guided tour and museum and don't just walk the area-so much learned from the tour!! - This was one of our favorite two things we did in NYC. Getting a guided tour was absolutely worth it. We learned so much from Alice our tour guide, that we would have never known if we'd just walked around the area by ourselves. The line for the museum wasn't as long as I expected, but in the heat of July having timed tickets was great for the faster entry. Some don't do the museum and just walk around the plaza/area, but the museum is totally worth it. Not to be missed!

Amazing tour of 9/11 Memorial - Our guided tour was excellent! The meeting place was perfect and easy to find. Our tour guide NICOLA was FANTASTIC- blending the details of that tragic day from the personal experiences to encompass the structural history as well. Nicola gave us time for reflection too- which is much needed when visiting this memorial.

Excellent tour and guide! - Emmeline was our guide. Super friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed the tour very much. Walk was flat and easy, museum is somber and impressive. Highly recommend this tour.

James the 9/11 Tour and allll around great guy - James is a natural! It was like taking walk through history with a friend who knows all the history, the people, the neighbors & neighborhood, the stories...James had so much knowledge and insights with a great deal of sincerity and compassion....what an experience!

Alabama Mississippi Family - Would have enjoyed more about history rather than about personal or family stories.
Did not get any real history.
No tour inside world trade center.
Would have enjoyed if guide went inside of museum to explain in details.
