Amazing. - Really beautiful. Let's do the London one, but the New York one is 10,000 times better. Nothing to do with the Grevin Museum. Don't hesitate to go. The price is really very reasonable

ADMIRADA - I've never been to a wax museum before. It is the first time, not if it will be the best but the reality that live the sculptures are very real, it gives you impression because they seem to look at you, some even move their eyes and even give you the feeling that breath hahahahaj. The details are great! I congratulate your artists because they are really works of art. It takes you quite a while to go through it because inside it is big and you go through different floors with different themes depending on the characters. They're all on a real scale. If you never went to one I recommend visiting

Madame Tussaud's Marvelous Experience - It was SO fun! I loved the wax figures, but I ESPECIALLY loved the haunted house area. The subway area was also SO AWESOME!

A great way to spend a few hours in NYC - We bought a VIP ticket which helped us skip the busy bits and included the 4d and 7d attractions. We thought Newyork tussauds was better than London which we have been to many times. Loved posing for photos with various celebs.

Pose with the stars - This is a great way to spend as much time as you like in New York I would suggest getting the most expensive ticket as you skip any queues at the beginning. There are some great really life like models and for the most part you can pose with them it's one of the things to do in NY for all ages.

A very fun afternoon at the museum - A great museum to visit with the whole family. You can take photos with all the figures, and the staff was very pleasant at all times.

Action!!! - It was great fun! Loved the horror section. The 4D was not really worth it. The wax figures were fun to browse.

A great disappointment - Personally, a big disappointment. I really expected something immense and great, and I really found it a walk worthy of the 70's. Some of the sculptures not very accomplished, really few, and a walk too short. Personally, I don't think I'll go again. I don't think it's a must. There are many more interesting attractions in NYC. I was really disappointed.

Not disabled compliant - I had a horrible experience at Madame Tussaud’s today. They are not ADA compliant and do not care about disabled patrons. The elevators do not work for every floor and there is no elevator for the first two floors. You simply can’t see them if you cannot walk up the stairs. The elevator takes you to the ninth floor but they don’t work on every floor so you cannot take the elevator from floor to floor. I had to walk down to the 7th floor. I asked for a manager to help me because I was in severe pain and needed an elevator. They said the manager can escort me to an elevator but they never showed up. The young woman working there was lovely but said only the manager can approve me using the elevator on that floor. They never showed up. After waiting for 20 minutes with my granddaughter I was forced to walk down stairs so I could take an elevator. I left in so much pain I had to get a taxi and end our day. I can walk but with a lot of pain and never do stairs due to hip problems. If I had been using a wheelchair I would have been stuck. The first two floors have no elevator access at all and they didn’t work in the 7th or 6th floor. This is shameful and not ADA compliant. When I was told there was no elevator for the first two floors I asked if the other floors has elevators and was told yes. I would have not gone up if I had known I would be trapped. We had a miserable time and lost a whole day of plans. I am going to file a complaint because the manager could not be bothered to come help me and this is a violation of the law.
