- Tours in English depart approximately every half hour. Follow along guides are offered in Spanish, Italian, German, French and Portuguese.
- Tour content is subject to change. Access to the locker rooms, penalty box, dressing rooms and celebrity row are subject to availability. Locker rooms are not available on game days.
- Your voucher will be valid for up to one year from date of purchase.
- Your voucher must be exchanged in-person for a timed ticket.
- Tours sell out quickly during the high season (March-Sept).
- Tours run modified hours from 12:15pm-3:00pm on Knicks game days and can close early on concert days

The best tour in my life - This was a dream come true for me. I always wanted to come to MSG and I was able to take the tour while visiting New York. One more off the bucket list

A must experience your. - The respective locker rooms of the Rangers and the Knicks; the beer keg room; and, the information about how the different events are managed and how the floor space gets reconfigured.

Love the behind the scenes - Loved hearing the background of the arena and how it was built. Very interesting how they switch from basketball/hockey/concerts and seeing some behind the scenes. 100% recommend!

MSG TOUR - What a great tour. Our guide Rebekah was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Thank you Rebekah.

Fun Mother Son activitiy - Locker room was the best part for my son for sure. It was just nice to see the MSG empty. I would have like it if they took you further into the back of the locker room

Interesting insight to MSG - The tour itself was great and the tour guide Lawrence was very knowledgeable. The tour provided interesting information and great insight to the Garden. The wait for the tour was a little unorganized, offered no where to sit while waiting and had no restroom facilities

A must do - Unmissable visit. This mythical place is full of history, legends and is impressive. A venue for shows and sports (basketball, hockey), its transformation depending on the configuration is striking. The tour is guided (in English) and lasts one hour.

Not a great value! - Of all the many attractions we attended in NYC this one was a let down. You do see areas that were interesting like the locker rooms, a Lexus suite, and sat in the main arena. But the one hour tour seem to be 30 minutes of taking escalators and sitting too long in the main stadium. I know we will never be there to attend any event so do appreciate what we did see. The cost of this did not seem a good value for what we did experience. One and done.
