Additional Information

This deeply personal tour of Ground Zero begins at the site of what served as a rescue center for victims and place for mementos after the attacks: St. Paul’s Chapel. The historic church was miraculously unharmed when the Twin Towers fell.

You’ll then walk to the 9/11 Memorial where we’ll reflect on the lives lost in the World Trade Center attacks. See “Reflecting Absence,” the largest man-made waterfalls on the continent. Your guide will share the meaning behind the memorial, stories from the day, and how New Yorkers came together in the aftermath.

Afterward, visit the 9/11 Museum with your skip-the-line ticket for a self-guided tour of the exhibits and artifacts. Next, walk over to Freedom Tower, and in the lobby, you can watch “Voices,” a film about the Twin Towers and Freedom Tower, before riding the SkyPod elevator 1,250 feet up. Visit the tri-level One World Observatory for panoramic views of NYC, immersive LED displays, and the See Forever Theater.

Tim's memorable tour of Ground Zero - We had an amazing tour of Ground Zero with Tim. He took the time to share events, personal stories and accounts. He shared so many places and bought the timelines to life. Seeing the landmarks, memorials and tributes was so moving. We had time to savour and treasure this experience. I would absolutely recommend, best event of our holiday.

Jon Noto really knows his stuff! - We had a private tour with Jon Noto that included a lot of stories we had never heard about heros and the madness of that day. His very deep knowledge allowed us to ask any and all questions and see and stay at locations for as long as we liked. The private tour with Jon was well worth it.

BOOK WITH TIM - Tim was a great Tour guide. Knowledgeable, Sensitive (in regards to hard subject matter), and Very Courteous. Loved the New York Accent... it was great to hear in person... In the 2 hour plus we were together he made it a point to learn our name, and engaged the whole group with questions, little known facts, and heart breaking stories as well... Love from Toronto, Canada, Thanks Tim. From: Rui and Christina.
