- Please note: The Maid of the Mist boat cruise operates seasonally, usually between end of May and October (exact dates are subject to ice conditions) and is replaced in the off-season, depending on accessibility, by views from other observation points such as Gorge walk, Terrapin Point or others (access is subject to ice and weather conditions).The day’s itinerary is subject to traffic conditions and may be modified due to time constraints. When necessary in the spring and summer, ponchos are provided (you may get a little wet!).

- Private Tour does not include the Maid of the Mist
- New York State law requires that all children be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system while riding in a motor vehicle until they are 8 years old. Starting November 1, 2019, all children under 2 years old must ride in a rear-facing car seat.

Tour of 5th Avenue NY. - The tour was very nice, Emmanuel Hadar was a great guide, he explained to us in Spanish, because we are Christians and we are Mexicans.

Niagara Falls - The bus driver and tour guide (Roberto) were amazing. Making reservations was easy. The bus was on time going and returning. The bus was clean and the bus driver and tour guides made the trip enjoyable. There was constant communications throughout the trip and navigating the Niagara Falls State Park was a breeze, because passengers were given maps of the park.

Great tour! - It was great tour. Robertp guide was nice
too. The 14-hour journey time was difficult. But the scenery in Niagara Falls made us forget about it.

Great trip - The timing was great! We could see everything from the Niagara Falls.
You really do not need to be there for two days, except you want to see the lights in the evening.

Chance of a lifetime visit😍 - We had the most relaxing trip. Relaxed atmosphere on the coach travelling, with a nice stop to collect some breakfast. The waterfalls was so worth the long trip. We chose to cross over to the Canadian side for another view point, but we done this instead of the maid of the mist boat experiance and so glad we did. Great driving from the driver and Roberto made sure we were well understanding of the plan for the day and times to be in places. Overall I feel it couldn't have gone better other that a little more sunshine. But worth the once in a life time experience 🥰

I liked the experience but I would change the guide - The experience was incredible but the guide had some areas of opportunity. He arrived late and we lost about 30 minutes waiting for him, he didn't explain very well and his attitude was not very friendly. It was a tour in English and Spanish and sometimes he only spoke in English.

Tour guides were useless , non responsive and extremely careless - Niagara Falls with extremely rude tour guide visited on 8/06/2024.. very unhappy with VIATOR. Booked N number of trips with VIATOR but this one made us think again booking
These people were late in the morning and then didn’t even bother whether we as a tourist are getting any information, any time for washroom or anything else
