Unreliable - Doesn't show up at all or comes way too late. - We were an hour late picking up the car. And we couldn't find the hotel on the way back to JFK. So as not to miss our flight back to Germany, we took a regular Yellow Cap taxi. That worked perfectly.

Koiride cancelled and refuse to refund us - Koiride contacted us close to hotel pick up time to tell us they have car problems and told us to take alternative taxi, keep receipt and get refund from travel agent ie Expedia. We did that... what else could we do?! Expedia say all refunds are decided by koiride so can't/won't help. Koiride via Expedia claim we were a no show. They do not reply to direct contact. A clever system that leaves the traveller powerless and out of pocket. DO NOT USE KOIRIDE.

SCAM- TOOK MY MONEY AND NO SHOWED - This was a complete SCAM They charged me and then no showed. I called the driver and he basically said “I’m not coming”. I was stranded without transportation to the airport. This is beyond disappointing Viator.
