Great tour! Great tour guides! - Thee tour was brilliant, not only because of the knowledge that was provided by Kevin and Jim but the fact they were there to help you the whole time! I would like to put a special mention to Jim as he was very funny and I found myself laughing and really enjoying myself and interacting with him! Kevin was excellent and extremely knowledgable and he had radios so he could even talk to us from different rooms or if we got lost. Two great guys and would absolutely request to have them both again if I was to do the tour again! Thanks for making today brilliant! Aaron & Ian (The English ones, not from Bath Kevin) 😂

Great - Great walking tour. Our travel agent was awesome and knew his stuff. He had everyone laughing at his jokes while at the same time keeping up informed on the history of what was going on with the tour.

Great tour - Great review. Matt, our tour guild was amazing. He was personable, knowledgeable and his love of the city contagious. There was a problem with the scheduling and Viator handled the discrepancy with professionalism. The tour which was advertised as one tour was actually two separate tours and we were not given transportation between the two meeting points. We were supposed to have a one hour break between tours for lunch and to get to the second tour Because of ferry delays we did not get to the second meeting point on time We were running and stopped for chicken nuggets from McDonald's and ate them on the way. Overall, Matt made the rush worth the effort.

Jim was the BEST! - We were lucky enough to get Jim on both legs of the tour and actually had him to ourselves for the 9/11 Memorial. He was so informative and engaging! Very patient with all of us and so helpful! He taught us how to utilize the subway system at the end of the tour saving us tons of $$$ for the rest of our trip! Thanks again Jim for your knowledge and kindness!!! Dwayne and Laura Jones

Great tour, informative guides, LOTS of walking - I would highly recommend this tour if you haven't had a chance to visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. I originally booked through the tour because the pedestal access was sold out for our trip. The tour guide did a great job of making sure we were well informed and had a great time on our trip. After Ellis Island, we had about an hour and a half to get to the second meeting place for the 9/11 memorial tour. Also, a great and informative tour. A bit of warning: wear the most comfortable walking shoes you have! According to my step counter, we walked about 5 miles. If you're use to a lot of standing and walking, you should be fine, but keep in mind that you'll be on your feet for most of 9 hours!

First trip to NY - We enjoyed our tour. The Statue of Liberty tour was great. The tour guide (Matt) was informative and very accommodating. The afternoon tour (Debbie) for the 9/11 museum was less informative and took us through 2 different malls. Definitely not what I expected. I would have liked to hear more about the history of NY and less of the tour guides personal stories.
