Ferry to Statue of Liberty - Excellent tour. Our tour guide Michael, had an amazing attitude and showed a lot of interest for everyone to enjoy the tour.

Great trip - Liberty Statue it was a great trip except for the tidal wave!!!! Only knock 24 people off the boat! The sharks were hungry that day! But by time they finished the buffet they were full.

Scam / Vendor never told us that we would have to take a bus from Financial District to MidTown. We were with 2 kids - If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of Big City Tourism. My experience was a complete fiasco, marked by misleading sales tactics and a convoluted refund process that has yet to be resolved. To start, the tour involved an unexpected and inconvenient transfer by bus to a distant pier—a critical detail omitted by the vendor prior to purchase. Despite expressing our displeasure immediately and requesting a refund, the process has been anything but straightforward. The vendor directed us to request the refund over the phone, a process complicated by unresponsive customer service. Following multiple calls, emails, and even a complaint to my credit card company, the issue remains unresolved. Each interaction with Big City's customer service, while polite, has been unhelpful, as they repeatedly deflect responsibility to third-party resellers and fail to take any meaningful action. What’s worse, they have the audacity to suggest booking directly through their website in future— as if a repeat booking would be on anyone's mind after such a dreadful experience. The company’s inability to handle a simple refund request efficiently shows a lack of respect for customers and incompetence at basic customer service tasks. Their team is quick to apologize but slow to act, leaving customers in a never-ending loop of frustration. To anyone considering using Big City Tourism, I suggest looking elsewhere unless you have the time and patience to deal with potential issues that may never be resolved. This company has shown a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and transparency.
