Came to NY for a concert... - Came to NY for a concert and my husband agreed this is our second favorite thing we did! HIGHLY recommend if it’s your first time in NY!!

Fantastic Crew! - Eliza, Josh, Ruben, Janesis I greatly appreciate your help. We were gonna be in a big time trouble without you. We were in the city with the family visiting from Australia and some Red vest scammers tried to scam us but FREEDOM LIBERTY CRUISE CREW help us.

Nice cruise - bad loading process - The tour itself was nice - the process - not so much. Realized you cannot control the weather but the boat was thirty minutes late and they had us line up 15 minutes prior - 45 minutes in the scorching heat! A very bad plan!

Scammers - Scammers, they tell you they are faster than the FREE Staton island ferry. They lie and don’t tell you anything you have to walk a far way, then get on a shuttle to go across town to their boat. We had kids who wanted to get off the shuttle and they wouldn’t allow us off.

Scamming Tourists - These guys are running a scam on people looking for the official ferry. My family and I ran into them at battery park and they were blocking the only entrance (the other entrances were closed due to construction). They were stopping people and asking if they have tickets as if they were official staff. They're all wearing official looking vests and have supervisor badges, etc. It's not at all obvious that you can walk past these guys when they're literally blocking your path and stopping you aggressively when you try to enter battery park. They do not disclose that they are not the official ferry service or that they're offering a different cruise. They say they're the ferry to the statue of liberty but do not disclose that you do not get to go on the island. They also charge an exorbitantly higher price than the official ferry. Avoid this company.

Busquen otras opciones... - No recomiendo hacer la compra a través de los vendedores ambulantes. Te persiguen y cuando logran su venta, te mienten con los horarios y te programan estratégicamente para si necesitas cancelar, ya no puedas hacerlo. La empresa luego no se hace responsable y harán lo posible para quedarse con el dinero a pesar de que no hayas tomado el tour.
