A must Experience! - We really enjoyed all aspects of this attraction. Our skip the line tickets was nice and did give us $15 coupon for food or gift shop but the crowds were not bad and everyone seem to move along at a great pace. The elevator experience was really neat with the video on the inside walls to add to the ride up and again down. Once at the top we were given an IPad to use that helped identify the views in all directions of what we were seeing. The cafe food of drinks, desserts, etc were great to enjoy. The views were amazing and I really like being inside to enjoy without the heat of summer or being wind blown. At 2 pm there was a city pulse talk that was very informative. I loved the gal who gave the talk that was fun and spoke so well of the history and tips to see the city. We also was honored to spend time walking around the 911 Memorial. The volunteers and others around the Trade tower to help or assist were so nice and helpful. What a great experience!

The tallest building in town. - We entered immediately, there was no line. At the time of purchasing tickets there were only two options: enter at that time paying $70 per person, which included a $15 coupon that you could use to buy merchandise or drinks and food. It also included a tablet for virtual guidance. The experience was fascinating, it is the tallest building in the Americas and the elevator takes you to the 102nd floor in less than 50 seconds. As the elevator tour takes you through the development of NYC. The experience offers a 360 degree viewpoint, the viewpoint is interior. With the use of the tablet for the virtual guide you can know some of the most emblematic places in Manhattan and its surroundings in its 4 cardinal points. Up there you will find a place selling souvenirs, drinks, snacks and a Restaurant that you can pay for using the coupons that came with the package. I recommend the experience!

One World Class Server! - Our dining experience was fantastic! We especially loved eating at the top. Our server, Haque N, was outstanding. He was friendly, courteous, and helped us make excellent meal choices with great recommendations. He was also incredibly kind to my daughter, answering all her questions with patience and warmth.

A must-do experience in NYC! - My partner and I had a fantastic time visiting this spot. Unbelievable views of NYC from the observatory deck - truly incredible! We also had lunch and a drink in the restaurant, and the service was stellar from the team here. Sat in a table right beside the window looking out over Manhattan. An experience like no other! Will definitely return!

What a view - Im not a lover of heights but this was definitely worth going up. You are taken to the top in seconds where you get a 360 degree view of Manhattan, New Jersey and Connecticut (45 miles on a clear day). You can also make the use of a tablet that shows you different landmarks of the area you are looking at. Huge windows allows you to see everything. There is also a restaurant, cafe bar and a drinks bar. We didn’t book. it was $45 dollars for a 30 minute wait at the time we went or $64 to have entry straight away but you also got a $15 dollar voucher to spend at the bar. As we intended to have a drink anyway this was the best option for us.

One World Observatory - This experience was amazing, one of the best we did in NYC. We had tickets for the day before and it was zero visible so staff recommended we change the day free of charge and it was easy to do and the staff were friendly and informative. The day we visited was a beautiful clear day, the views were spectacular. We had cocktails and flight of beers in the bar. Matthew was our bar tender and like the rest of the bar staff he was really friendly. They took time to talk to us and give us information about the city. We would have loved to be able to come back to the bar to see the staff again and to have a meal but to do this we would have to buy another day experience ticket. Access to bar and restaurant only would be great and we would have definitely returned for a meal. Over all everyone that works at One World Observatory was great. Thank you very much. We would visit again if we are ever back in the city.

Views are amazing but a pricey option - Pros: Views are amazing. Cons: This is a pricey touristy thing to do. Tips: Buy the all inclusive ticket as you get flexibility of entrance and $15 per person for their cafe or shop. Also, they give you a tablet that can be oriented to show the major buildings.

Skip the overpriced Tourist Trap - As a New Yorker, I am totally disappointed in this sad replacement of the Twin Towers. The building is not as high as the original towers. They attempt to make it bigger by including the antenna as part of the total height. The views are ok but no different and just as good as The top of the rock, The edge, or the Vanderbilt. The restaurant was terrible. Extremely disorganized and kept us waiting while we stared at several empty tables! The admission price is extremely high for what you get, which is pretty much nothing. The interactive tablet they give you is useless and does nothing spectacular. You don't need it. You're just walking around with this heavy tablet. Would not go back or recommend. Go somewhere else for views. Did I mention the AC wasn't working properly. It was 98 degrees outside, so we had to deal with the heat inside as well. Don't get caught in this tour trap.

Great view – mediocre ambience in the restaurant - It is clear that you have a magnificent view of NYC from the One World Observatory (almost 400 m). However, you should be lucky that the weather plays along. So if you bought your ticket some time in advance, perhaps even in connection with a visit to the One Dine restaurant on the 102nd floor, you could be very disappointed if the view is not good due to bad weather. Nevertheless, it is highly recommended to buy your ticket in advance to avoid long waiting times at the ticket offices and elevators. In any case, we were able to go up immediately in one of the impressive "digitalized video screen elevators" and were almost alone in the elevator. When booking our restaurant visit online, we had to state whether it was a birthday, which was the case. And we were asked again at reception. But that was it. There were no consequences (e.g. a candle or a small cake). So we didn't understand the point of this question. The food in the restaurant was fine; However, we were not expecting fine dining at the highest level. The service was friendly and efficient, but we were a little disappointed with the ambience that evening. While we were dressed quite smartly, we saw several guests in shorts, short T-shirts and flip-flops or sandals, as if they had just come from the beach. Of course, the restaurant's owners are only interested in money, but as a guest, especially if you are dressed a little better, you would wish that in such a spectacular place you did not necessarily find the ambience of a fast-food restaurant. Although this is not to say anything against fast-food restaurants per se. Ultimately, the building lives from its height with the phenomenal view and is therefore worth a visit.
