Worth for a quick 2 day tour of the East coast from New York .Washington plus Philladelphia - Well organised tour of Philli,WashDC and the Amish County. The tour guide was very informative and made the journey interesting . It was a good insight into the early American History with the impressive personalities of the founding fathers of USA. The overnight stay at Virginia at the Confort Inn was very comfortable with spacious room after a hectic travel on the first day. The coach driver was also patient in handling the rush hour traffic at all the major cities along the route.

Beautiful experience - The buggy ride with the Amish was my favorite part, I got to talk with the Amish person. All the places we visited were free and the buggy ride was too, so the only thing I suggest is if you are going to charge $179 at least offer water and snacks for free, so the customers can see his money was for something more than gasoline. Other than that it is was a great experience, a lot of new information. Thank you

Long but good excursion - Philly and amish country all good, the start at 630am was not well organized abit of a shambles only one coach had a tour sign and the tour guides didnt seem to know what was happening however our guide turned out to be excellent, full of energy and information speaking 4 languages. Time and experience in Philly was excellent the time and experience in Amish country was disappointing but overall good day

bad exeperience - First part of the trip was great: the tour in Philadelphia was interesting, we saw everything that was scheduled. The guide was nice and well organized. Then we went to Amish Country and here the worst part of the trip happened. The bus broke in the middle of nowhere and the company providing the tour did not manage it well. After 6 hours of waiting to have the bus repaired we came back to New York by Uber. I know that such situation might happen anywhere at anytime but I think there should be any backup plan and not only keeping the customers waiting. The trip could have been very nice experience but lack of crisis management turned it into bad experience.

Awful customer care - Awful experience we got to Amish country and the bus broke down. The company were so unhelpful we were stranded for 6 hours. We spoke to Marco the manager his attitude was appalling, he said what do you expect a helicopter. A mechanic arrived after 4 hours he spent ages on the phone to another mechanic trying to fix it. We were told after six hours no coach was coming the coach could not be fixed, we should sort out getting ubers and going home. I did not have the money to do this in the end they agreed to pay. It was so upsetting I am 66 year old female and I was so scared to be left on my own. I want to be reimbursed for this awful service. Absolutely no customer care what so ever.

Rushed and over expensive - Too rushed in Philadelphia had looked forward to seeing the city no free time. Multi languages on bus confusing and distracting. As for the “buggy ride” in Amish county turned out to be a rickety farm cart carrying 20 folks around their farm, not as advertised…. I would not recommend this trip
