Definitely recommend!! - Very accommodating!! My flight got delayed and caused me to get to my destination a day later, they communicated with me and changed my ride for me. Driver was on time and the car was very nice!!

Mom and daughter trip to New York - My daughter and I were in New York the 1st week in April. We actually had round trip from the airport to our hotel and from hotel to airport when we left. The service was great our driver met us in the airport when we arrived he was on time waiting for us at baggage claim. He was very professional and personable. The driver that took us back to airport was as well was very professional and helpful with our luggage. He dropped us off right in front of our terminal. I will definitely use this service again if I make it back to New York.

No problems - I had no trouble getting my rides, and both drivers were great. I used this company round trip (from the airport to the hotel and vice versa). Everything was already paid for, and tip added into the charges, so I didn't have to worry about tipping the drivers. I did have 2 concerns. The first concern being that I was given a total amount to charge when I made the reservations, and then I received emails confirming my reservations but stating that they would be charging a different amount because there would be other fees (tolls, tips, service fees, etc.) added on. There was nothing stating anything about extra charges, when I made the reservations. My second concern was that I had requested my ride to pick me up from the airport about a half hour after the time my plane should have landed, so that I would have enough time to get my checked bag before my ride would come, but my flight's arrival was delayed slightly (about 10 mins) and the driver was already there by the time my plane got in. The website asks for your flight information and says that regardless of the time you request your pick-up for, they may change that and that if the driver was waiting for 30 mins then you may be charged extra. I do not know how long the driver had been waiting, but I would have preferred that the company had honored the time I had requested. Other than that, I had no issues. Conf#26610 and Conf#26611

Great service, fast and efficient - Great service, fast and efficient. We use their service for a transfer between LGA and JFK. The driver came to greet us at arrival and it was friendly and helpfull.

Transportation NYC - This company advertises black vehicles with well dressed drivers. I was taking my 80 yr young mom on her first trip to NYC. I wanted a fun elegant travel to our hotel. ..so when a white Honda showed up with a man in flannel pants a t-shirt, a stroller in his trunk and a dirty car, that was not the experience I had planned for my mom. Our driver was very nice but had a lot of complaining to do....just how you want to start your vacation. The total on my original reservation was $61.26 showed up on my credit card as $101.47. To compare...we asked the hotel about a return drive to LGA....clean car, well dressed driver.....$65 cash.....book wisely my friends. Call your hotel and ask them for a pick up at the airport. This company was extremely disappointing.

Nice driver, terrible company - Our driver was great but the company was terrible. Tried to charge us extra for waiting for our bags. The airline had a delay on bags so we waited for 45 min for them. We never told our driver to come early- he just did so the company charged us extra for the delay in bags bc it’s not their problem. I would never use this company ever again and you should be warned. If the airline has any delay or you have to use the restroom- this will be an extra charge
