Very Educational - Seeing a WW2 Enigma machine in person, the laser activity at the end. The activities are interactive and very educational.

What to do - A fun and interesting museum. A good complement to classical museums and other NYC tours. My son liked it. I recommend.

Dynamic and interactive exhibit - Great place for lovers of spies, spy novels and recent history. Very interactive museum, lots of unique artifacts, the themes organized around concept of a guest as a spy. Really enjoyed the experience. There is overlap with DC spy museum, but vibe is different. Make sure to visit all rooms and take all tests, individual profiles add to the experience. For me the encryption part was the most fascinating.

Amazing! - The recommendation and purchase via Viator was very easy. The museum was very interactive and we did take a few turns playing in the laser tunnel! That was alot of fun! We also appreciated receiving our scores and videos from the museum via email

Very Fun - Very fun to come to the museum and explore technology and how people can hack. The SPYGAMES were also very fun to do. I would recommend.

Interesting but Overpriced - I visited Spyscape with my son while on vacation in NYC. We opted to complete the Discover your Spy Role section, so this review is only related to that option and not the Spy Games section. While there were many espionage articles and information throughout the course of the section we were in, there was really very limited interactive tasks to complete which was primarily the reason we chose that experience. With such limited interactive tasks, it's really hard to feel like their spy role assessment had any merit. If you chose this option, it is best for visitors that are interested in seeing a variety of exhibits and stories related to former spy activity. If that is not your game, then this would be a pass. Again, not sure of the gaming side of the experiences.

Waste of time and money. - I thought this would be a great experience for my young teens and it turned out that some of the activities were geared to younger kids and they were very bored and to get your profile you had to answer multiple questions which not sure how young kids could understand. My teens could understand but thought answer all of these survey questions was a task and they were frustrated. The staff that we encountered were unbelievably rude. It was crowded and more than a handful of times a kid swiped their band in the middle of an experience and they had to start again. Half the time they didn’t bother. Don’t waste your time or money.
