Great tour, cost efficient , wonderful guide - Our guide Vivian was great and very knowledgeable. The unexpected part of the tour were the long lines to catch the boat back and forth to the sites.

Great trip - Our tour guide was very nice. We even missed the one boat from Ellis Island back to the park and she waited for us to continue the tour. She had lots of information about stuff on the tour and as well as New York City, which was really cool to learn about an overall it was a great day.

Nice trip... - Vivian was very nice and knowledgeable. We enjoyed her leadership and the care she showed our group.

Great tour - It was good. Informative. The 9/11 memorial upgrade was not for the museum. It was just for the tour guide to give you Information about the 9/11 park/museum. Also, there is a 20-25 min walk from Battery Park to the 9/11 memorial and museum. So be prepared to walk or take the subway. Or an Uber/Lyft/taxi. ( Subway is only 2 stops away.)

Enjoyable but a lot of queuing! - Our guide was a lovely lady who engaged the children in the party and was very friendly and informative. Whilst we did queue jump as we were with a guide, our final ferry ride back to Manhattan entailed a 1 hour wait in rain and stifling heat as we couldn’t see our guide. Overall a good trip, but a clear meet up point to return to the ferry would be a good idea.

Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and 911 memorial tours - We were rushed by the tour guide just given 30 mins at the statue and Ellis Island. Do we had to run in the sweltering heat. Then we were given instructions about the 911 memorial on the boat coming back to State St; told how to get to the memorial by subway. The package that we paid for stated "911" tour. Overall a rip off. No value for the money. Lesson learned.

Tour guide didnt show up - We were told to arrive 15 minutes early. We showed up at that specific time at the specific location and no tour guide showed up. And you are trying to refuse my refund for a service i didnt recieve but paid for

Terrible Experience - Terrible. Tour guide for our scheduled 8:30 AM never showed. We got grouped into the 9:00 AM Spanish tour. My 7 and 8 year old were antsy by the time we got started. When we asked about our tour guide, Ceasar laughed and said we'll get started later and blew us off. We ended up not staying with the group. Would NOT recommend. Save your money and avoid this company.

Voters, never issued my tickets - I bought tickets online through Vioter. Never got to go to the statue of liberty. They arrange a tour guide for you, even if you don't want the tour guide, you'll loose your tickets. The tour guide is the one that has your official tickets. If you decide not to go with a tour guide to the statue of liberty you'll loose your money because they will never issue you your tickets. It's a shame how they can still from people. I'm so disgusted and disappointed. BE AWARE. I WILL NEVER BOOK ANYTHING ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY!!
