Choose the four-hour option for a more in-depth visit with your guide including the Statue of Liberty Museum and Ellis Island.
- This is a walking tour. While there are stops along the way, guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
- You are required to go through airport-style security on this tour. No luggage, weapons, or food (except for water in a clear container) is allowed. Confiscated items will not be returned.
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, sites may occasionally close. We make every effort to stay as close to the advertised itinerary as possible but substitutions/omissions may be necessary.
- This tour does not include access to the Statue of Liberty’s Crown.

This tour meets at 1 Bowling Green, in front of National Museum of the American Indian at the bottom of the Statue with the Sphinx and Lion (when you are facing the museum entrance, it's the last statue on the right). Your guide will be waiting for you holding a green-teal Walks sign.

Enthusiastic, caring tour guide! - Our tour guide Alvaro was great. He had a lot of enthusiasm and worked hard. We had a big group and he did a great job keeping us together. I liked the pictures/visuals that he had which added to his presentation. He highlighted things for us to make note of and even showed us spots for getting the best pics. Having Alvaro as our tour guide helped our day flow much smoother. Statue of Liberty, Liberty Island, and Ellis Island are all must sees!

Terrific guide, unforgettable experience. - Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty are both truly amazing places, and our guide,John-Francis Bourke, was exceptional: He had mentioned that most guides are either primarily writers or actors, and we thought that John was more a writer, but his presentation was very animated as well as informative. (I'll enclose a photo.) He made it especially memorable.

Rob Deserves A Raise ;-) - We had a great time with Rob as our guide! He was very energetic, knowledgeable, and funny. It was nice to LEARN about the Statue and Ellis Island, not just SEE them. Plus he literally got down on the ground to take fun Statue pics of each group. There was a long line to get back on the ferry from the Statue yesterday (a sticky July afternoon) and Rob new a great trick to get us to the front of the line - that itself was worth the ticket price!

Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour - Rob was very knowledgeable and through. He took his time explaining the history behind the statue of liberty and the history behind Ellis Island and that there was a fire that destroyed all of the records prior to 1850. He shared many personal immigration documents about his family from Italy . He told us what not to miss in the museum and how to get there. He made this tour one not to be missed.

Rob C. is an amazing tour guide!! - Rob was such an amazing tour guide, I truly wish I could take him and all his knowledge on every endeavor I go on. He didn’t let you go through seeing a historic site without deep diving into the history and those who took part in said history. This is someone who loves their jobs and it shows. He made sure all his guest were informed, hydrated, and at least got one picture as well as a selfie surprise depending on whose phone he was using. I’m extremely grateful he took us on this tour and gave us a bit of his own family history through Ellis Island. If you’re traveling to the Statue of Liberty or anywhere where Rob may be your guide, please book with him; you won’t regret it!

Loved Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island - Loved the boat ride, Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island. But, I did a tour a few years back using a headset, and that was much better for me.
