Very informative tour with a great guide! - We met our guide, Nina, promptly at 11:30 to start our tour. She clearly set expectations for all of us and off we went. Our total group was about 20 people. Nina made a tremendous difference with her wealth of knowledge and information. She took us to the Statue of Liberty, Staton Island, and the 911 Memorial. We learned a lot and really enjoyed the tour!

Best guide ever!!! - I’ve been on many tours. In the US and Europe. Leanne was the most charismatic, hilarious and informative guide I’ve ever experienced. She was loud and easy to hear, and her stories were just the best! We learned so much in that half day about The Statue and Ellis. Thank you so much Leanne! Sorry if I spelled your name wrong!! Will never forget you!

NYC tour - The tour was amazing. The tour guide was so knowledgeable and did a great job navigating us through the different attractions.

Great Time! - The guide, Leann, was absolutely fantastic. I have been at the Statue before, but Leann gave so much information. It was such a better experience. It was a hot and humid day with large crowds, but she made it so fun that you really didn’t mind standing in the lines for the ferries.

Fun - The entire experience was amazing. Having a guide with a small group made it easy. Guide was friendly and spoke to each of us. She answered all the questions from my grandson.

Cheats, don't take this tour - The guide left after dropping us at the first point. we were waiting for over 20 mins and arrived at the specified time but the guide never came back and we were left on our own despite selecting the FULLY Guided tour. When I requested for the refund I was declined and asked for proof! How to get a proof where the guide went away, why don't they ask the tour operator for a proof they were there for the full tour! Cheats and should be blacklisted!

A very disappointing and over priced experience. - I have used this app all over the world and been satisfied. I trusted this company but not after today. This tour was miserable and over priced. Being on this tour gave us no more of an advantage then if we had walked down to the pier ourselves. Our guide was less than useless. She was impossible to hear and was not interesting to listen to. Additionally, she had very little to say about anything we saw and her directions were unclear. We were in the same lines with everyone else. The ferry boats were horribly over crowded and we spent more time waiting to get on and off boats then we did at the sites. We even waited for second boats in direct sun in the heat of the day with no direction or assistance from our guide. It would have cost us a quarter of the price to do it ourselves. I am so disappointed and feel taken advantage of. I would like some explanation for the high fee I paid for nothing. I am requesting satisfaction and a refund or I will not use Viator ever again.

Our tour guide Vivian... - Our tour guide Vivian wouldn't talk to us before or during our walk to Security, and then somehow, we never met her after we went through security. We met one of the other members of the group on Liberty Island, and it appears all she did was give a little background speech then told them to look around by themselves. I am glad we didn't follow her. Definitely not worth the money we paid for the tour.

False Advertisement - There is such a disconnect between Viator and the local tour operators. I paid a lot of money for a lot of attractions but only received a ferry ride. I did NOT receive the guided tour but I paid for it! I did NOT receive entry and admission into the Statue of Liberty but I paid for it! I did NOT receive entry and admission into the Ellis Island museum but I paid for it! I received tickets for a 5:30pm entry and admission into the 911 museum which closes at 5:30pm. The local operator stated that some the items listed below aren’t even offered by them. Viator is falsely advertising what the local operators offer but scamming us out of our money. I am still waiting on a refund. This is similar to my experience in Washington, D.C. with Viator.
