Additional Information
- Your appointment time starts with the check-in process and will take 10-15 minutes depending on your party size and other customers.
- Plan to hit the water about 20-30 minutes after your reservation time.
- Operators must be 18+ and present government issued photo ID with birth date (photos of ID’s not acceptable) and sign a waiver.
- Credit card used for the booking must be presented with matching valid photo identification for verification and fraud prevention.
- You may not drink or be under the influence of any drugs prior to participating in any of our activities.
- Each Jet Ski rental requires a $250 security deposit along with a $15 damage waiver fee or a $500 security deposit without the damage waiver.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy states that you can request a cancellation 72 hours in advance of your booking to receive a refund or reschedule your activity without a rescheduling fee being applied. In the event of severe weather and at the operator’s discretion your activity may be rescheduled or canceled. Customers who show up 15 minutes or more after their appointment time, risk forfeiture or rescheduling of their activity.

It was an amazing experience. Our instructor Arod was amazing. He did everything very quickly and clear and had us on the jet skis in no time. He was patient, cool and instructed very good. It was our first time and it was explained so well we were jet skiing on the water quickly, safely and it was so much fun. He didn’t pressure, he kept eyes on us but allowed us to enjoy it. It really was an amazing experience and I recommend Rockaway Jet Skis and Arod anytime! It was an absolute amazing experience. Definitely go to them if you want a great jet ski experience in NY!!!
