Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking no later than 24 hours before your tour start time for a full refund. If a guest cancels their booking within 24 hours of their tour, they will be given the opportunity to reschedule at a later date. If tours have to be cancelled due to weather conditions, we will offer guests either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
