Awesome experience! Extremely fun and exciting! - One of the staff that operated the ride went on the Swing with two of us and gave an extra 'surprise' surprise to make it more unpredictable and thrilling! AAA+++ for excellent customer service. Can buy pictures and recording of the experience! The Shweeb was a little disappointing as the pictures from the official site is a little misleading. The track was not as huge as what it looks but nevertheless fun!

What a blast! - Quick review: the staff were soooo friendly and the Swoop was an adrenaline high. Do it! Great pricing at least for us Americans.

Awesome fun at Velocity Valley - Had a great time at Velocity city trying all the rides. On the first day the Argo jet wasn’t on because of the rain, good to know safety always comes first! Great time on all the rides, my kids loved the swoop I loved the Agro jet. Brought the pics that captured some great snaps. Not to be missed on your next trip to Rotorua-the Taniela’s from Porirua

DO IT!! - A friend and I did this along with my 8 year old son - and we LOVED it!! The staff are awesome, so friendly and hilarious and really put you at ease. They seemed to love their job and they were great with the kids too! The experience itself is exciting and definitely gets the adrenalin going! As soon as it was over we all wished we could do it a second time! It would be great if you were offered a second go while still strapped in for a slightly lower rate - we would have snatched this up in a heartbeat, especially as no-one else was waiting. Highly recommend this experience!!

Woo-hoo! - The Swoop, Agrojet and Freefall were awesome! Will definitely do it again when we are there again. Thumbs up to Kane and Adam for the friendly reception and tips. The whole family hasn't stopped talking about it!

Terrifying ... in a good way - Swoop was terrifying ... in a good way. I'm not a big thrill-seeker, this was definitely the closest I'll ever get to a bungee jump - but I'm so glad I did it. It was so much fun, so exhilarating. All the staff are great too, you're well looked after

A big drop and Swoop!! - Brilliant! Teens rated the Swoop at Velocity Valley better than the Swing at Skyline (although that was fun too)

Downright flew! - A huge rush, butterflies in your stomach, the ultimate fall! Closed my eyes while they were pulling me up at the beginning cause it feels like a never-ending ascent. The harness grips your entire body and feels very secure. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. I was on a real time crunch so they let me go before another group that was gearing up to do the bungee. They also let me purchase the single picture I wanted for $10 instead of the full $30 for all the pictures, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to all adrenaline junkies!

Heaps of fun - We did the swing and the jet boat ride. So much fun. I had a blast. Thank you so much for a amazing experience. The team here are amazing.
