Adrenaline boost - What a fabulous place. We arrived good and early, jus as they were opening. That was a good idea as the queues got quite long later in the day. Some of them up to 30 minutes at the busiest time. We started with the Freefall Xtreme. The experience of a parachute freefall provided by a giant fan. It is an enormous amount of fun but a lot more hard work than it looks. It really tests your core strength maintaining the correct position. We followed that with the swoop. You get fastened into what feels like seeping bags before being hoisted 40 meters in the air and dropped to swing on a cord. The initial acceleration is exhilarating. An ideal ride for couples. The Agrojet is a jet boat ride racing around a complex course at high speed. You don't get to drive the boat, you wouldn't want to. The drivers are obviously highly skilled and get the best out of the boats. We ended with the Shweeb Racer, a duel cycle powered monorail . It is dammed hard work if you want to be competitive but you get a heck of a speed going. Wonderful. The whole place is staffed by some lovely, friendly people who seem to be having as much fun as the customers.

Awesome fun for the whole family - The wife dragged me to this one as I'm not a fan of falling from the sky or adventure sports of this nature. We bought a 6 ticket option and myself, the wife and the oldest son did the freefall (wind tunnel) ride. The wife did the swoop (as you wouldn't find me dead on that ride ever) and the two kids (10 and 5) did the boat ride. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the events. The price was really reasonable. I'd suggest you take your own photos / videos as the price for that component is quite a expensive (so we didn't take it and our footage is more than sufficient).

Superb fun - My son and I had a blast here, we did the swoop, shweeb and freefall xtreme and really enjoyed them all. It doesn't take long and watching others do it is fun also - so ideal for a mixed family where some love the adventure ride thing and others don't. All staff were really friendly and gave clear instruction - especially the guys who taught us to freefall. Highly recommend heading along, and picking one or more activities.

10/10 will come again - We decided to come through (Family of four) very last minute and loved it. We purchased a 10 pack of rides and ended up buying extras. We also couldn’t leave without the media package as they caught all the laughs and screams really well. Staff here were so friendly, and really good with our two kids. The park is impeccable and grounds are really well kept, toilets and eating area were clean as. Swoop + jet boat were a favourite with our and we will definitely be coming back for more ASAP! The only thing is I wish the rides were a bit longer. We had done everything in an hour or so. But other than that, couldn’t fault the park 10/10 will come again

SWOOSH is the best - Absolutely brilliant. My 3 grandchildren had the best time. Staff were fantastic. We will definitely be going back when we visit NZ again😍😍

Velocity Valley Rotorua - Rotorua is the place to go to in New Zealand. It is well known for its beauty and the Thermal activity which you get to see. The champagne lakes are awesome. Go luge riding and zip lining in Velocity Valley which is a fun place for all ages. Next day, go river Rafting on the Takanaki River and enjoy going over the world's highest rapid. A must go place

Quick trip to Rotorua - Awesome time, great team at Velocity Village, thanks everyone. Excellent team, looked after us, even had jokes. Lol

Appalling and shocking behaviour by staff - While standing on the viewing platform for the jet boat the driver purposely saturated us. She could see I was standing there with my phone and a very expensive bag. There was 3 inches of filthy water in the bottom of my bag destroying my phone charger, vape and charger, and my car key. The receipts and photos in my wallet were defrosted. My phone was water damaged and wouldn’t charge for 3 days. My Louis Vuitton bag was also left water damaged. My clothes and the only pair of shoes I had for the trip were completely soaked. When I complained and requested a towel the manager was rude and refused to help me. When I stated how angry I was the driver told me she had asked my boys if they wanted to splash me. They said to her ok but only a little bit so she said to them ok just a little bit. When this was her excuse she said she had said it to them sarcastically. The manager said it was a splash platform and clearly stated this. While this might be true it was also the only viewing platform In order to get photos and videos of the children in the ride. The driver could clearly see me with my handbag and phone in hand so I am dumbfounded as to how she would think that soaking me would be appreciated. In all appalled by the lack of concern, the refusal to even offer me a towel, and the rudeness they showed. This “splash” caused about $850 worth of damage to my personal items. I will never return, never recommend
