Highlights
  • Po Nagar Cham Towers - This group of Cham Towers was constructed and renovated over various periods from the 7th to the 12th centuries. Thap Ba is believed to have been built by King Harivarman I of the United Kingdom around 813-817. Over time, the tower suffered damage. During the French colonial era, Uncle Ho’s Far East organization undertook a restoration: they used bricks to rebuild many sections and added some statues to the tower’s structure. Many artifacts were stolen during the war.
  • Nha Trang - Whale Shrine - A sacred place where all fishermen pray for blessings before heading out to sea.
  • Nha Trang - Wooden Bridge – Take a leisurely walk on the bridge to enjoy the scenery and capture moments of daily life in the countryside.
  • Loc Tho Pagoda - Visit Loc Tho Orphanage Pagoda: A group of Buddhist nuns and volunteers care for the children at the orphanage. As a private organization, the orphanage aims to provide its children with food, shelter, healthcare, and education. The nuns and volunteers have devoted their lives to the noble cause of helping orphans. You will learn about the Vietnamese school system and have the chance to play and sing with the children.
  • Nha Trang - Enjoy lunch at the Riverside restaurant and take in the tranquility of the Nha Trang countryside.

An unforgettable day - The tour gave me great insight to not only the town but Vietnam in general. Andy was very knowledgeable and insightful. I learned more from him than I did on my whole trip. I probably should have started with this one. And seeing the children in their school setting was such a wonderful experience. Thank you for making my trip one that I’ll always remember.
