Niagara Falls tour - Ross was amazing! We had a blast on our 5 hour tour with him! Ross was very knowledgeable on the history of the area, and had some great stories to share.

A trip that was full of adventure - Ross was an excellent guide. He was very informative about several areas. Even as we were traveling, Ross had many interesting facts and tidbits for us. Not only did we get to see the nighttime colors of the falls, we also tasted maple syrup and seen many historical sites. My husband and I were happy with this tour and are glad we got to participate.

Great views and historical accounts - Ross is a great guide. He's knowledgeable and personable. The tour goes through picturesque sights and amazing points of view. Ross is very accommodating with bottled water and always checking on the members of the group.

Doubletree Hotel in New York booked our tour with Gray Line - Ross did a fabulous job giving us the details on the tour of everything from questions that the Border Patrol Officers usually ask you when they scan your passport to the names of towns like Lewiston and good restaurants there to eat at. He took us to places that weren't on the general tour description such as the huge flower clock tower, the whirlpool stop on the river and the Canadian tram ride stop where customers can tour moving over the Niagara River. Plus all of the other main stops like behind the falls (which was a big joke but that is not his fault), next to the Canadian Falls and the top of the tower overlooking the falls at night, gift shop stops and viewing the fireworks! All in all an amazing 5 hour tour I would recommend to anyone who has never seen Niagara Falls. And you don't have to drive! Ross drives and talks giving us good information to have. He even let some folks come back to the shuttle sooner that were having difficulty walking and didn't want to experience the mist at the top of the falls because it was like rain. So bring a hat and a light waterproof jacket.

Magnificent tour and evening with our tour guide Ross! - We were a family of 4 from Ireland. Bus collected us at the meeting spot on time and once we had our passports it was very smooth crossing the border to Canada. We had amazing views of the falls from behind, low down and above them. We were giving very clear instructions on where to meet, at what time and Ross also helped with taking pictures and was always near at hand. Ross was full of interesting and different information about Canada and the falls. We learned alot. We then got to see the falls in the dark from a skyline tower, with lights shinning on them, we could see both America and Canada side.A firework show was the cherry ontop of an amazing evening! It's a very manageable tour for all age groups and you can be sure you will be well looked after by Ross! :)
