Trip to Niagara Falls with our two grandchildren - The tour was amazing. The views were awesome and we had a great time. We took the tour with Ross's Fishes Tour with Ross Benton. Ross was very personable and was informative about everything we saw. Also he went out of his way to assist us when we left a personal item behind in one of the restaurants on the tour. Thanks to him, we were able to retrieve the item we left behind. Grayline of Niagara Falls is lucky to have such a great tour guide working for them.

Number one bucket list - Our tour guide and the associate were very in tune with all of our needs. Had a great time Definitely a bucket list. Fernando has an outstanding tour guide. He took us to places no one would think about going. Fernando is funny and plays his harmonic for all the people that are waiting in line.

Ross’s Fishes and this tour- you cannot go wrong! Highly recommend - This tour was amazing! We saw lots we would have never seen going alone or would have even tried to experience. Great way to maximize your experience! Ross was an awesome tour guide and gave us lots of history extras along the way! Can’t recommend this tour and Ross’s fishes enough. Also Vic picked us up at KOA to meet Ross and was also very nice and friendly.

Grayline Niagara Falls USA and Canada - Our tour began with us being picked up at our hotel as promised. The first stop was Maid of the Mist. Our tour guide Ross gave us some very important tips on how to best enjoy this ride. The Cave of the Winds tour was awesome. Again, our tour guide Ross was fantastic by booking our appointment again giving pointers to stay as dry or wet as you wanted. Ross was very knowledgeable about all aspects of Niagara Falls. I highly recommend this tour. And if you get Ross as your tour guide it will be that much more awesome.

Awesome Experience - Ross was our tour guide. He had group tags made up called Ross’s Fishes. He was on time to pick us up for our tour. He made sure everyone had their passports before we left. He always did a head count to make sure we had our whole group. He was so knowledgeable about Niagra Falls and answered everyone’s questions. He gave us enough time to see all the attractions, and gave us great advice on where to go on the Maid of the Mist tour. He was so friendly and very nice. He made the tour a lot of fun. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Ross

Niagara Falls tour - While my family and I absolutely enjoyed views, we were a little disappointed with our tour guide, Kat. It felt as if we were the only family that wasn’t included with the whole group. Kat would go family to family and engage in conversations but completely ignored us many times! The only time Kat cared was when she was calling for her kittens or when we were “late” (on time but didn’t have enough time to see attractions) When booking this tour, it caught our eye that we would spend 45 minutes at the cave of the winds, but Kat gave us 15-20 mins only, and when there was a huge line for the elevator to go back, Kat made a face and shrugged her shoulders. Later on the tour, after trying the maple syrup, we noticed another family was a little late to the bus, and heard Kat say, “that’s alright, it happens”. That’s when my foreign parents felt a little uncomfortable because we felt Kat was only targeting on us. We felt rushed the whole tour and didn’t feel like we got all the info. When in line for the maid of the mist boat, other tour guides were explaining everything to their guests and we had to listen in to see what we were doing. After the boat tour we followed another family from the same group as us to get some lemonade for my mother as she felt really hot and needed some refreshments, when Kat asked were we were, she rolled her eyes and said she would leave without us if we didn’t leave the line. That felt ridiculous as there should be a grace period if someone is feeling overheated and needs something to drink. My family and I even got divided with the group and were the only family that had to go alone on the elevator to the Skylon tower. Other tours we’ve done always make sure the whole group is together. Afterwards, we couldn’t even find the group and felt lost. It felt we were a little catfished by the tour when booking because we didn’t even get to see the observation deck due to the line being super long….I don’t think i got my whole moneys worth with this tour and it was a little disappointing. But, my family and I didn’t let Kat and her attitude get in our way of experiencing the greatest view of Niagara Falls.

Almost but not worth the extra 100$ - The tour was half hour late picking us up. Then once it started it seemed very unplanned. Our tour guy rambled and never finished a whole thought the first time. Our 6 hour tour was over 9 hours from pick up to drop off.
