Epic vacation - The of all tour ever! Dirk our tour guide was amazing!! Make sure you have water shoes, and change of clothes. You will get really wet! This is the best wetness ever though! Plan your trip there. Breath taken vacation

A pleasant morning walk - A pleasant morning walk. Was great to walk on a Friday when it was not too crowded. Dave, our guide was amiable and conducted the tour with a good tempo. Ofcourse, the highlight was riding the boat to the foot of the falls. You get drenched here but it is well worth it. The journey behind the falls is one not to miss too if possible so that you can take in the full thunder of the falls.

Perfect combo of tour stops! - Dan was phenomenal. To still have the passion he brings to each tour even after all these years really shows that he loves his job! The tour with Journey behind the Falls, Boat Tour, and Skylon was a perfect package. I didn't feel rushed at any location, and the walking distance was not bad at all. The early morning start allowed us to beat all the crowds, however it was also very foggy so we couldn't really see much until the sun came out. We were given our ticket for the Skylon to use it whenever we wanted, which was good because we wouldn't have been able to see anything in the fog! Definitely wear waterproof shoes, or bring a dry pair because they will get wet!

Great guide, amazing experience - The falls are, of course, amazing. Traveling through the tunnels and hearing the sound of the water was very cool. We especially enjoyed our guide, Dave. Super knowledgeable and friendly. He knows everybody. He made it a super enjoyable experience.

Very disappointed - I couldn’t get into Canada. Tried contacting them for a refund but didn’t get an answer until the following day saying it was pass the 24hr cancellation policy. I wrote them probably a hour pass the 24hr mark but they never responded. All they offered me was to reschedule but I literally told them before I could not get into Canada so they said they nothing else they can do
