Falls experience - Of course the boat ride! Info on the falls. Also it was nice, not having to wait in lines getting tickets & waiting for boat & behide falls. Group tours are the way to go!

Great Niagra experience - Great tour. Isabella was very informative. We got to see Niagra Falls up close. The boat ride was awesome. Seeing the power of the water from behind the falls was great.

An absolute must do when visiting Niagara Falls! - The walking tour was awesome! Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience even better. My favorite was the boat tour right up to the falls!!

Walk to remember - I absolutely loved this tour! Mary S. Our tour guide was very friendly and enthusiastic. 🤩 she took us where we would have not walked through by ourselves. Her knowledge of the surrounding area was very helpful as well. My parents and I agreed that the entire experience was incredible since it was our first time to Niagara Falls!!

Under and on top of the falls. - Michelle was a lovely tour guide. Full of info and fun facts. It only makes sense to go under the falls after the boat ride. Wear comfortable waterproof shoes or bring an extra pair in a backpack. Alot of walking. You will get wet but definitely a fun.

Girls weekend - I only rated this a 3 star because it was a little confusing meeting our guide. It was also pouring down rain. Joanne was so helpful once we got on the boat. I just wish that we would have gotten better weather

Too many hidden fees - First of all, I never used your company because the lady at the front desk lied about the price. I tried to get a refund. She would not print one out for me so my experience with you is horrible. Unfortunately it starts with the front desk associates because they’re the ones that you have your first impression with about your company and the hotel.
