Fabulous Experience - Our guide, Precious was on time, very knowledgeable on the history of the falls, took us every step of the way. He was friendly and kind. Picked us up at our hotel and drove us to Table Rock restaurant where we had a seat for two overlooking the Canadian Fall's spectacular view. The 3-course meal was delicious, and our waiter was great. Precious then took us to the nighttime Niagara Boat Cruise to see the Fall's up close with the lights changing and just before docking, we watch the fireworks go off over the Fall's, The cruise and all that was included was a night to remember. To end the evening Precious drove us up a private road to the Illumination Tower where we were given a history lesson on lighting up the Fall's, they took us outside to a platform were we got to change the lights on American and Canadian Fall's, when leaving we received a certificate "I Lit Up Niagara Fall's" Once-in-a-lifetime experience. Made our nighttime cruise very memorable, and well worth the tour. Highly recommend it.

Not too bad - Over all a good experience but seemed very disorganized. There was not enough time for dinner and I would have really liked for this to be better scheduled and had reserved seating at every location. It truly seemed like a free for all to get where you needed to get to. Additionally, because there was not enough time for dessert, the tour guide took the dessert and stuffed it in his van instead of offering us the opportunity to walk and eat.

Awkward Dinner - While I am sure this would have been a lovely experience, we were not aware dinner was with two other couples at the same table. They were very nice people, but it was extremely awkward to dine with complete strangers. We had our 9 year old son with us and one of the couples said they didn’t want to have children. Our son was sitting right across from them. Dinner was first and we did not finish the tour. We went back up to our hotel room.

Niagara Falls - The tour was great! Our tour host was the nicest guide. My wife got a great kick out of the Illumination Tower! We met Bill there and he was the nicest guy! My only problem was that VIATOR told me the tour guide would pick us up at our hotel on the US side. The tour company said they don't ever pick up on the US side. It cost me $140 on a taxi to get from US to Canada...plus back to US after tour. That was the way the trip started so it really took the fun out of it!

Cruise Canada. Another example of Corporate Ineffeciency - July held the real promise of a perfect camping trip to the Rockies and beyond. Friends were joining us from The Netherlands (Holland) to experience camping in this magnificent country. There travel organisers at home arranged for Cruise Canada to be the rental of choice. The Company advertises that their vehicles are less than 2 years old. Well, that's just not true. The vehicle they were given was four and a half years old. Clearly, it would seem expedient not to mention age if you can't stand by it. The vehicle was picked up in Calgary 24 hours after landeing and we were there to meet them for our adventure. The camper they were given had not been cleaned as the last renters food preperation was clearly still evident at the original check. In fairness, the staff at Calgary did bring in a team to clean and their efforts were acceptable. Luckily the staff remembered that the bedding was missing and quickly remedied that situation. All seemed to be good until we left our first campsite at Pigeon Lake. The foul water and Black water release seemed to have stuck. Our friends, ever generous, wrote this off to inexperience. It was on the 4th day that they were using the sink in the 'Bathroom' when they noticed grey water comoming through. A number of phone calls to Cruise Canada suggested absurd solutions. Including taking the van back to Calgary. (No short distance from Jasper). Their particular lack of concern offered solutions that required travelling, at our friends expense, to various locations many miles from where we were. At no time did any representative ask the simple question of where we were. Day 3. we were told to take it to Jasper. That almost seemed reasonable but there were concerns about Black and Grey water still contained in the camper. Regardless, we ended up at Jasper Towing. The good, and I mean good, folk there could not have been more helpful. It was the third time that they had seen that particular van. God help the poor people that came before. In the end, the vehicle had not been properly maintained. The Black and Grey water valves were worn and the van would have to be off the road for a day to make it safe. Reading posts from 10 years ago. It seems others have suffered the same fate and the standard offer is a 2 day discount still seems to be there escape clause. This is not acceptable. Client service and the cost of these rentals should demand proper reperation. My friends were with us for 12 days. Three of these days were taken up with unnecessary maintenance. If anyone reading this is familiar with these words. I suggest a united front to ensure that Cruise Canada is forced to live by their advertising scams
