Etna and Taormina - Beautiful day started with a walk on Etna with a super detailed and interesting explanation from Janet, the guide who accompanied us all day. He then took us to two other surprise places for a short visit and then to Taormina where he left us free. If you were to organize a trip with this tour operator, ask for Janet, a geology graduate with a great passion for her work and truly excellent professionalism!

Instructive and entertaining - Interesting tour with lots of detailed knowledge - including about the country, people and customs. Jeanette put a lot of effort into it and enjoys her job. Highly recommended.

Fantastic walk on Etna with Janet - We came across Lemon Tour by pure chance while walking along Via Garibaldi. The girl we spoke to was very nice (unfortunately I don't remember her name!). We decided to participate in the Etna and Taormina tour. Never has a choice been more appropriate. The next day we met Janet, our fantastic guide on Etna. Extremely knowledgeable and very nice, she made the discovery of Etna fascinating even for our teenagers. Super super recommended.

Great experience - The Etna tour was great. Very interesting and informative. Janet was very nice and answered all questions. In Taormina you had time to explore the city yourself. Unfortunately, two hours were not enough. But you'll gladly come back again

Not as advertised. - Out tour to Mt Etna was not as described. Mt Etna was magnificent. We did about 1.5 hour hike that was not described. It was very rugged- many steep inclines and descents over very uneven rocky terrain. Would not have done the tour had we known that. Coming down the final part- legs tired and steel decent. I fell - bloodied my knee and elbow- fortunately nothing broken. The town of Taomora we beautiful. Next problem- we had a very comfortable vehicle. But after we left a winery- we - 4 of us had to cram into a very small car with 4 of us crammed into the back seat. I have used Viator many many times - generally being very satisfied. This was the worst Viator trip we have done with them.

Poor organisation by Lemontour - The guide had not shown up at the hotel lobby. I asked the hotel receptionist to call. She explained I had tickets thru Tripadvisor but was told they did not had my booking on record though I had Tripadvisor voucher and my credit card showed payment. Finally after a lot of Italian, the receptionist told me to rush to a nearby spot where the guide would wait for me. Fortunately the guide was there and the poor man had to deal with my gruffness. The tour was fantastic and views magical. Just wish Lemontour had their act together.
