Nikko with Newton a must! - Newton was fabulous! Picked us up in Tokyo and drove us to Nikko. He touched base prior to the tour for special requests. Punctual and personable! He accompanied us at entrances to Nikki Toshogu and Nikki Tamozawa Imperial villa memorial park to to ensure we got in without a hitch. He offered extended tour options and provided recommendations. During our 2+ hour drive he enlightened us with Japanese history and we enjoyed his stories. Definitely a top guide and highly recommend!

Far Exceeded Expectations - Newton was our driver, but was really more of a guide. He spoke English fluently which allowed him to give us a nice historical overview & insights into current Japanese trends & culture. He had a pretty good sense of humor too 😉 I’d highly recommend his services.

I do not recommend this company. - The driver, Bukhari Syed Suleman spoke very bad English, was half an hour late. He was supposed to pick us up at 8:00. 8:04 we got a message that he was late.... He said that he had been to Nikko before, but it didn't feel like it. Unsure of where we should go to get entrance tickets, etc. Couldn't tell us anything about the area. Lots to see at Nikko but this trip was definitely not worth 650 USD! Feels like a scam company!
