Get Rental All booked Last Minute The Evening Before Via Whatsapp Messages. - Great service provided. I booked a bike for three days when I got to Ninh Binh. The booking was made by WhatsApp messages with Lee and the the very next day she delivered the bike to my hotel at the requested time.Lee replied to all my whatsapp messages promptly. The bike was in good condition although the speedometer did not work but I don't think anyone bothers checking their speed in Ninh Binh! The fuel gauge is more important and that worked fine. Lee and her brother picked up the bike from my hotel at the end of the rental.

Great service and experience - After reading a comment on tripadvisor we figured out that contacting ninh binh motorcycle rental directly via whatsapp and have everything arranged before heading to ninh binh would be the best option. Thus, before departing Home we contacted them and Lee always replied promptly and was very clear about the way she could help. We stayed at Emeralda which is a bit out of Ninh Binh center and asked her to deliver an automatic motorbike at the hotel. She was on time and then collected the bike later in that day before our departure. Everything went really smooth and we are glad we chose to explore Ninh Binh on motorbike. The distances are quite long to do it by bycicle and doing by car we feel that part of the experience is lost. Just reach out to Ninh Binh motorcycle experience and arrange everything ahead. Awesome service! - Stayed outside of town at Emerelda Resort. Contacted motorbike rental the night before and communication was excellent. When I arrived to hotel Lee was there with my motorbike/ 135cc and a full tank of gas ( I paid extra so I wouldn’t have to deal with it- super glad I did) The bike worked great, two helmets, even a poncho too. Keys are quirky to use but you get used to it. As soon as a left Tam Coc I texted Lee I was returning to hotel and she was there when I arrived! Don’t look anywhere else for a motor bike rental service/ these guys are the best and service is incredible and you lose no time if you are pressed for time ( we only had 1 day) It was great- thank you Lee and ALOHA!

Super easy! - We texted Alan via WhatsApp and asked if he had a automatic motorbike for the same day. He directly replied and even organized a meet up at the railway station. His sister was already waiting for us and explained how to ride the motorbike because it was our first time. They were super nice and very friendly! I would definitely recommend them!
