Beautiful sunset and awesome crew - We had a great time! Amazing views from the ship and the drinks were great. Captain and crew were fantastic and made sure everyone was having a fun & safe time while snorkeling. The wind was very strong and the captain did an excellent job steering the ship. Crew was very helpful and attentive, and happy to get in the water with you if you need the extra help.

Don't Walk, RUN!! - Our favorite experience in Aruba, hands down!! From snorkeling over the massive ship wreck, to jumping off the rope swing and learning how to double backflip to watching the beautiful sunset; we had an amazing time thanks to RJ, Chloe & Tim. Thank you for showing us your home.

Great if you want to swim and party! - This was an amazing trip and an amazing value. Overall will go again in the future. Did not love snorkeling at the shipwreck, but the second snorkel spot was much more shallow and approachable. The rope swing is a must try. There was a lot of downtime (without movement) on the boat so I would not recommend if you get seasick when boats are stopped and don’t want to go swimming. After swimming, we saw the most beautiful sunset. I came with my partner and there was a wedding party on the boat with us. The bartender and hosts were so friendly and kept the party going all night!

Nice morning on the bay, however…. - I chose a sail boat, but no sails. There were other boats on the bay with sails up so why not us? Advertised 70 pp and when we checked out it was 80 pp. opted for pick up and when I called the advertised number it was no longer associated with this tour . I ended up paying over $14 to make calls to a US # just trying to locate my transport that was seriously late . It was not a local number. I don’t drink hard liquor and they did not provide beer or wine on the boat. And what they did provide was watered down. My husband opted for tequila and barely broke a sweat. Also stick to sandwiches. Soggy fries, rice and chicken was horrible. Finally, stop with the please tip, please tip, please tip!!! Enough. Do a great job and I will tip!!!

Find an alternative snorkeling tour - Sailaway Tours misrepresented the check-in time, location and provided aggressive responses to questions from multiple customers. RJ and his associate were unapologetic about over 25 customers having to wait for 40+ minutes without any feedback or guidance. Customers were forced to ask other tour providers for basic details for Sailway Tours. The Sailaway Tours staff disorganization for basic check-in procedures was defended with a comment from RJ of "We do this every day, and there is a concert here. You should have called the right number. If you want a refund, you're not getting it from me. Call whoever you made the reservation through." Considering we were at the mercy of this company for our safety on a snorkeling tour, their response and disregard for accepting responsibility for their actions gave us concern.

Unsettling Encounters with RJ Overshadow an Otherwise Great Cruise - Overall, the cruise was quite enjoyable. The destinations we visited were okay and drinks were excellent. Most of the participants on the trip had a great time, but there was a glaring issue that overshadowed the experience: RJ. Several guests, myself included, had unpleasant encounters with RJ due to his overbearing, aggressive self-centered behavior. My own experience involved him persistently trying to flirt with me while I was trying to enjoy quality time with my friends and family. He pressured me into watching his exercise videos and showed an unwillingness to respect personal space. And kept touching me. Despite the professionalism of the bartender, RJ's inability to interact with guests in a friendly and respectful manner put a damper on what could have been a wonderful experience. I wouldn't recommend this cruise if RJ is on board, particularly for female guests or anyone seeking a professional and pleasant atmosphere. There are other snorkeling companies offering similar trips, and I'd suggest choosing one of them for a more respectful and positive journey.

Worst trip ever - Don’t trust them. It’s a scam. They charge your credit card and never appear 🤢 nobody answers the phone. Very unreliable service .

Terrible, unsafe, unprofessional - Toxic masculinity galore. This was the worst snorkeling experience, the worst tour experience I have ever had. My husband and I visited Aruba in September of 2023. I always like going on snorkeling tours at the Carribian and I never have a bad experience until this one. It felt vary unsafe, we were shamed for wanting to use safety jackets to snorkel in an open water miles from the shore, it was very dark, wavy and chuppy but crue members kept referring to us as chickens for needing jackets. I was also sexually appropriated outload by the captain which never happened to me before, he said something about my "sexy hips" in front of my husband, it came out very creepy, so unprofessional. Not to mention the toxicty of the whole team, they were making comments about other visitors on board, pushing heavy alcohol on people but than allowing them to jump of the deck into the water, one kid sustained a concussion, looked very sick on the way back. Not family friendly, not safe, not couples friendly, unprofessional, toxic and vulgar environment. All crew members acted very self-absorbed, very erogant, like bullies. Hated every second of it. The only positive thing was the the boat. It's quite beautiful. Like a pirot ship.
