Wonderful River and Rental Company - Website was easy to use and book our rentals, staff were friendly and helpful, river was incredibly clean and free of trash, shuttle bus and equipment and restroom facilities were clean. Easy paddling on this slow moving river made it easy to pause for photo ops, beautiful woods and wildlife. I appreciate that the staff gave friendly advice, and asked what we saw on our trip. There was a really cool handicap-accessible dock at our put-in at North Freedom, very easy to slide ourselves in. The take out at Giese Park was a gravel ramp, but easy to find good footing.

Wonderful experience - Fabulous time on the Baraboo River and I can't say enough about the positive customer service we experienced. The online reservations were handy and very user friendly and when we arrived the check in was a breeze! The shuttle buses, boats, paddles & life jackets were extremely clean and well cared for. The staff was friendly and courteous...such a wonderful staff. We took Trip #2 (Giese Park to 113) and the rapids were fun, scenery was peaceful/serene and the best was being able to kayak right past the elephants at the circus. Talk about perfect timing!!! The shuttle service was there upon 5 minutes of our arrival and took us straight back with no waiting...I highly recommend this place!!

Great customer service and a great ride! - The guys that drove us and picked us up we’re great! They made it very easy and the explanations on how and where, were fantastic. Ride was the right length of time. Thanks!!

Good trip! Nice company! - We did trip 4--11 miles. The staff was great--friendly, helpful, and informative. The rates for a canoe trip with shuttling at both ends was also really reasonable.

Great! - Great experience with my husband and 2 boys, ages 6 and 8. Highly recommended! This was our second trip with this company.

Fun time with friends - Had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and very helpful and informative about the route. 2 of us had experience paddling on lakes, but not rivers and one friend was brand new to kayaking. We got stuck on the rocks a little but were all successful and enjoyed ourselves.

Kayaking - Great friendly and helpful people! Trip was pretty and relaxing, enough current to just float if you don't want to paddle. Can't say enough about the wonderful people that run Baraboo River Canoe & Kayak Rentals!

The bulava gang - We dpicked trip 2 it was awesome. This is our 3rd year going down this trip. Each year we bring a new set of friends.
