Great guides make great tours! - The tour was fantastic, Benny made sure everyone knew where to go, what to do, and gave us plenty of historical and cultural information along the way. My husband and I had Pearl Harbor at the top of our list of things to do on Oahu and after failing to secure Arizona Memorial reservations, booking a tour was the only way to guarantee we got to go. The day started early but the bus had incredibly comfortable seats so the trip there was a breeze. Once we arrived, we knew we were in good hands since Benny seemed to know everyone and greeted them all like family! My eleven year old daughter loved that and listened to all his advice carefully. Pearl Harbor was filled with historical information presented in a way that is interesting even if you’re not a history nerd. The Arizona memorial was somber and moving. On the way back to Waikiki, we stopped to explore the area with the palace and Supreme court. We got even more information and some bonus sightseeing. It was well worth the money spent to have such a smooth experience.

Good experience - Overall good experience, the guide/driver was good and explained everything neatly. Worth the money, booked the night before and spots were available. We usually book excursions using Viator and never regret.

Interesting and thorough tour - Ken our tour guide was so knowledgeable and explained every detail of Pearl Harbor. We really walked away from this excursion with a better understanding and appreciation of our military.

Good Tour - Couple Notes - Positives: Efficient transportation to the Arizona memorial and already done reservations made seeing the actual memorial easy. Since this was the whole point of the tour, it counts for a lot. Things to Work On: The pickup was 30 minutes late. Supposed to be 6:40 but ended up being 7:10. Good communication with the operator though made clear when we could expect pickup and ultimately made it to the reserved boat in time. I’d recommend clear instructions regarding bags. This is not the tour, this is the Arizona memorials policy, but they prohibit any non-clear bags. It’s a big shock. Our tour guide was very helpful in navigating the issue (we have a 18 month old, so no bags is tough). Lastly, the post-Arizona memorial tour seems unnecessary. It’s just a drive by of several landmarks in downtown Honolulu. By this point, the group was hungry and tired and just wanted to go home. Consider just to and from the Arizona? Thank you for the tour. I’d recommend to friends and family, but I hope the feedback is taken well!

Half day Pearl Harbor - Pearl Harbor was amazing and humbling. The driver was fair. We were late being picked up which alone isn’t an issue. However we had a later boat time to the USS Arizona. One party in the group didn’t go on the standby time the rest of the group went on. No communication regarding the return time and where. Just not the best travel experience.

Tour was adequate - Overall, the tour was fine. We got to see Pearl Harbor, our true mission. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. We did, however, not see the Punchbowl. We were there too early and didn’t go back later. We did stop at a Leonard’s food truck which was a treat. There was also no mention of lunch, which I thought was part of it, at our own expense. No problem; we were ok eating lunch when we got back.

Disappointed - No public parking for my small car. Rude clerk service over the phone on top of that rude bus driver. Not expecting what is advertised 5 stars.
