Emotional and educational! - We had an excellent driver/guide named Charley Bright. He started by picking everyone up at their hotel and later took us back to respective hotel doors. He was fun, kind, entertaining and informative. The memorial was an amazing emotional experience that was well done and respectful. A must do experience that is made so much better with a guide like Mr Bright.

Pearl Harbor USS Arizona tour memorable - Ro -Ro was very pleasant, friendly and funny. She was on time picking us up near our hotel and narrated a great history of Pearl Harbor on way to the tour. The bus was clean and sits about 30 people. the tour and movie last about 45minutes each.We then had about 45min to walk around and take photos. We received our confirmation texts 24hours prior to confirm as well great experience.

Good, shorter than expected - I had wanted to do this for awhile. The 4 hours is the basic being you to the museum and memorial only. The $59 says it includes the punch bowl drive by but this ended up not being included and I just got a ride back to my hotel with a friendly chat from my driver there and back. The most powerful part of this package is the trip to Arizona memorial. The tribute to Japanese Americans and the story about Sadako’s “thousand cranes” for peace is also a wonderful part of the museum exhibit- to show a well rounded approach to such a tragedy.

Sham of an Experience - This trip was not what we were promised. It was billed as a guided tour to the Pearl Harbor memorial with additional stops. We were given a pick up location and then directed to a different location. After the one mile walk to the new location, our pick up time was pushed back one hour. When our driver picked us up, we drove us directly to the memorial site (less than 10 minute drive). There was no guided tour included. He pointed to the museum, snack bar and gift shop and told us the actual driver would pick us up in 2 hours. When we were picked up, there was a bus full of people. It t was obvious they had been given the full tour. We paid $138 to be driven 10 minutes to the site and 10 minutes back. The site itself was free to the public. So essentially, we paid for an extremely expensive Uber ride. Beware with this tour!!!
