Getting out of Waikiki!! - I had an amazing day with Travis! I was travelling solo from the UK, having never been to Hawaii. Before going on a tour with Travis, I was based in Waikiki for a week and couldn't drive around the island. I mentioned that I was happy for Travis to bring any friends along for the adventure, and he picked me up from my hotel with his dog and his friend Sofia. Immediately I felt comfortable with Travis and Sofia - they are such lovely people, and we had some great chats. Travis took me on two smaller hikes to a waterfall, which was so beautiful and a mountain view with a fantastic vista! We also had some downtime on a few beaches that I wouldn't have been able to get to on a less personalised tour. The hikes initially seemed challenging - but Travis and Sofia were really encouraging, and gave helping hands on the more difficult parts. All in all, I had a wonderful time, and if you are looking for a more personal and unique experience, where you can get into nature, I would recommend Travis, who is very passionate about hiking and is flexible to whatever needs you may have on the tour.

Travis was understanding, a good listener, and came up with a good plan for the day despite not knowing exactly what I wanted besides adventure and maybe some cliff diving. Ne-lani was a very nice bonus for dog lovers. Fearless and friendly, that's for sure! Got tons of great photos, and had fun learning more about hawaii. Had a few pleasant surprises along the way as well, but I will not spoil that. He pushed me past my comfort zone just the right amount, and thankfully that sense of travel euphoria I experienced long ago came back to me...

Great guide, amazing views - Had an amazing time hiking around Oahu with Travis when I visited the island in November 2023. An adept guide with almost a decade of experience living on island, Travis knows the best spots and approaches for a ton of secret or otherwise off-the-beaten-path trails. It was a pleasure getting out there with him and his dog for some amazing views of the island, challenging climbs, and good conversation along the way. Truly a pleasure. Will definitely be reaching out to him again next time I visit the island.

Unforgettable hidden gem - I don't normally write reviews like this but I'm making an exception here. This tour is truly a hidden gem, as cliché as that might read. Travis is a phenomenal tour guide, you go to Hawaii and see what everyone sees when they visit and get bogged down by crowds and tourists. If thats what you want then this isn't for you. This your was private and breathtaking. Literally breathtaking, as in it was a great workout with gorgeous views of the island I haven't seen offered anywhere else. Truly an adventure I'll remember forever. Thank you Travis, keep it up!

Best adventure to kaau crater! - Travis brought me to Kaau crater hike outside of Honolulu tucked away in Palolo valley. It had been a dream of mine to do this hike on the island! It was a day to remember for sure! From scaling waterfalls to climbing a gorgeous ridge line overlooking the most magnificent lush green crater! By far my favorite hike I’ve don’t on island! Travis was a wonderful guide, brought a delicious bag of longons to munch on which is a local fruit! A perfect snack for a waterfall break! The day was filled with smiles and laughs, Travis is super knowledgeable about the different hiking spots out on the island. He is also a super charismatic wonderful human to be around. He has the energy of an explorer always up for an adventure! I felt safe the whole time, and was filled with so much happiness to be out in nature!

10 ⭐️ amazing trip - Travis was extremely accommodating and insightful of the local area. I’ve been to Hawaii a handful of times before but his knowledge and network with the surround areas is what made this experience special to me. It was the whole package and I know who to reach out to the next time I’m there.
