Turtles Snorkeling Adventure in Wakiki-PINK SAILS - My daughter and I had so much fun Pink Sails - boat and our Captain Jamie crew Alyssa and Kanoe(not sure to spell his name) the boat crew was so great They took care of us 5⭐️ , the sail was fun and getting into the ocean (sea) , we are provided instructions, our gear , first timer to snorkel, no need prior experience on snorkeling, the crew gave us everything what we need,we saw turtles and lots of fish , highly recommended to go snorkeling, Pink Sails was easy access to us we just walk down from our hotel literally we can see the Pink Sails Wakiki -boat dock from our hotel window. Turtles Snorkeling Adventure in Wakiki- pick PINK SAILS YOU WILL HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE

Fun with Sea Turtles! - My family and I enjoyed the snorkeling.. The boat ride was nice and a hour out in the water was the perfect amount of time. We saw lots of sea turtles (and fish), many came up to the surface. The staff was very a friendly as well!

Pink sails - The turtles were amazing and the swimming in the ocean was just spectacular. The crew was great and we felt like a part of the crew. They were all kind and courteous. Very helpful and serious about their jobs but a great crew overall.

Great Afternoon seeing the Turtles - The crew were super nice and friendly, and informative of what was happening on the day. They were helpful with getting set-up to snorkel and provided tips to make the experience more memorable. We saw a number of turtles, and a huge variety of fish. There are a number of boats all going to the same area, but while it gets a bit crowded, it means there are more experienced guides in the water helping you spot the turtles. They are magic! Would recommend signing the waiver prior to arriving to save time at check-in.

Loved to jump into the ocean! - It was great to see the Honolulu skyline from the ocean! The trip was was wonderful because after a short ride into the ocean, the boat anchored and we all go to jump into the ocean and swim with fish and see a couple of turtles swimming nearby. We only had about a half-hour of swimming time, but that was sufficient. The staff were great, especially Maddie and Duff.

Few turtles to be seen this day - The boat and crew were excellent but the turtles failed to impress. A few people saw one or two but I didn't and the vis and conditions were not good due to recent storms. Perhaps a different site would have been better or the company could have warned us that the conditions were not ideal.

Last minute cancellation - Trip got cancelled and they had notified us less than 15 minutes before we were supposed to sail out. There was a big group of us (about 20 people) waiting for the ship at the pick up location. Would appreciate a heads up prior so we can schedule accordingly

Cancelled trip without advance notice. - 0/5 stars. The instruction told us to arrive 45 min before the scheduled activity with nonspecific meet up instructions. 25 min before, there was no one there and a crowd of people waiting. Upon calling, I found out the tour was CANCELLED! This was unacceptable, as we planned our itinerary around this trip and they didn’t let us know until I called 25 min before. No one was even at the meet up location to let us know the status of the trip. What a waste of time and POOR communication on the company part. Avoid!!
