Fascinating and Worth It!!! - Don't miss this, it is fascinating. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Just a couple of pointers to make the most of it: 1) If you don't know Spanish, go on an English only tour - for our tour he did everything twice - once in Spanish and once in English which was confusing and made it take twice as long. 2) Gym shoes may be better than sandals and if someone is not steady on their feet, be ready to help them 3) Bring water. Although we were told that the souvenirs were cheaper at the site, they probably weren't, but they were still cheap and fun. If it's hot, half day may be better.

Review - It's an okay tour. Our guide Jimi was very knowledgeable and spoke both English and Spanish. He made the tour fun. It was organized and the communication was alright. I had arranged to be picked up at my hotel and received a message wondering if I was to be picked up or not. Thankfully, I checked my messages or I may have been left out? The site itself I'm sure is an incredible feat. However, after being there for an hour I was ready to leave. Nothing against the tour but the site itself can be seen standing in almost one spot. There are beautiful views, too. It just wasn't amazing.

Deducted 2 Stars for Poor Customer Service - The tour was good, 4 stars. I feel it's important to share my customer service experience, because it reflects poorly on the company. I left expensive, prescription glasses on the van. I realize this is my fault and is not the company's responsibility. When I realized an hour after drop-off, I reached out numerous times through all of the contact info provided (an email and two phone numbers, communications that were effective prior to the tour) about trying to retrieve them, lost and found options, anything. I received one response hours later, two words: "I'll ask". And since then, nothing. I've circled back several times, but I am being ignored. If they choose to respond now, it's only because of the negative review. Based on my experience, if you were to have any issues arise, I wouldn't expect any resolution or follow through from this company.
