Rafting tours !! - I booked Rafting tours with Sandra (mama sunshine) and she made the experience very enjoyable! She was very easy to communicate with and very clear on instructions for booking !! I will definitely be booking with her my next time in Jamaica ! Hit her up !!

Nexus listened well and issue resolved - I had an issue which was resolved and as a result my transfer back to the airport went extremely well, thanks to the management team at Nexus. Big shout out to the lovely ever smiling Nexus Rep Sandra who was based at RIU Ocho Rios. My thanks to Stephanie (Supervisor) who was very helpful. Finally, massive thanks to Alejandro who helped me to finally cross the line in terms of sorting things out. Well done Nexus and I would certainly reccommend them for your next trip.

Great vacation - We stayed at Riu Ocho and met Sashia who took her time to share a wealth of information. She helped us book our excursions, she helped us with our departures. She was so helpful and pleasant. We highly recommend the nexus tours desk Sashia is a gem!  Aiport service The drive is long took us 1hour to leave the airport and just about 2hours to the hotel it felt like we lost a day. We had a pleasant driver Christopher that had us entertained during our arrival. Without the distant drive to our resort , we were happy with their service. Jamaica is the best. Excursion We booked the day cruise to dunn river it was great! Overall our jamaica vacation was great. We will use nexus again. Thank you. Great service.

I Thought More of Nexus - Very disappointed in Nexus Tours…I had a client arrive at Sangster International Airport who had pre-registered on Nexus’ site for her transfer pass was denied transportation. She had to spend $25 for transfers that was included in her booking with Vacation Express. The representative at desk 15 would not assist the client although the client had a transfer pass with her name and flight information and a QR code. She was told that her name was not on their manifest and she could not get transportation without paying. I truly, sincerely hope that this was a mix up and reservation information wasn’t updated in time…my question is…where would she get a transfer pass if she hadn’t registered with Nexus?!?!?! Very disappointed in hearing that my client had this experience. I’ve reimbursed her the cost of her transportation plus a credit towards her next booking. I am disappointed as I speak highly of the service provided by Nexus Tours.
