Pyrgos - We will visit the charming village of Pyrgos, a prime example of medieval architecture with its narrow, maze-like streets, fortified walls, and hidden passages. Built amphitheatrically on a hill, it provides breathtaking panoramic views of Santorini. At the hilltop, you’ll find the ruins of a Venetian castle (Kasteli), which once served as the island’s administrative center. Pyrgos is one of the most picturesque villages on the island, offering splendid views of the Aegean Sea. It’s also a great spot for souvenir shopping and refreshments.
