Dhow Cruise Overview

Spend a full day in the waters of Musandam. You will get to enjoy Omani Dhows that are decorated in a traditional manner. You can lounge on soft carpets and cushions. Relaxed day in local dhow boat in showstopping scenery - Great experience although I was the only non-Russian speaker on board. The guide made sure he communicated to me in English where possible. The scenery is otherworldly and the water is crystal clear and the dolphins were dancing for us, unforgettable

Great experience - Boat was nicely equipped, with snorkels, kayaks, speed boat and banana ride. The crew was very helpful, friendly and provided plenty of drinks and snacks. The lunch meal was really good, with a lot of variety. Nice day in the sun.

Great day and great value for a full day - Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. It was a long day with lots of time on the bus, but it was good to see some of the Emirates outside of Dubai. It was also a good time to get to know some of the other guests before we got to the boat, since I was doing the tour on my own. The time on the boat was wonderful. There were lots of activities and plenty of staff to help and make sure everyone was taken care of. The lunch was very tasty and plentiful. For the price, I thought that this was an excellent trip and would highly recommend. I would make mention that it probably isn't a great choice if you have mobility issues. We had to cross several boats to get to and from ours, and there are stairs and ladders for all of the activities.

Great day at the sea - It was a very fun day it is worth the cost. We had 5 hours in the water - travel to Oman. We had several stops - water is great - warm and clear. Snorkeling was underwhelming but the very nice crew provide kayaking banana boat and fast boat activities. They gave us spools for a little fishing. Lunch was adequate. We did have 3 hours travel each way. It was a great way to be in the water and have fun

Awesome Day - A truly awesome day. It was a relaxing drive there, then onto the boat and out to have fun. The speed boat and banana boat were awesome. You get to choose whether or not to get tipped off the banana. The water was perfect temperature. There's plenty of shade on the boat and the food was really good...good variety and lots of it. There's unlimited drinks including tea/coffee. The staff are great too. They appear to love their jobs and want to give you a good time.

A whole day of great satisfaction! - It was a perfect tour from the pick-up to the time spent on the sea. The pick-up point is chosen from the main hotels, but they can accommodate other locations. All you need to do is bring your swimsuit and passport. Since it is a day trip, you do not need an entry visa for Oman. You can ride a speed boat, a banana boat, or even take a nap on the comfortable dhow if you get tired. Don't forget to bring sunscreen.

Excellent Trip!! Highly Recommended!! - It was a great experience, they picked us up from the hotel, we went to Fujerah, the sights were amazing, we took a lot of pictures, then we reached our traditional Omani Dhow Cruise, it was a relaxing atmosphere... We really enjoyed it a lot .. there was music, then snorkeling, Kayaking, Speed Boat, banana boat then our lunch was delicious as well. We came back by visiting limestone caves... Loved our overall Experience!!!

Overall nice experience but didnt match my expectations - Overall nice experience but some of the things didnt work for me personally. Pickup was smooth, van is clean, fast border checks, boat was OK. Amazing clean water & great swim. But - in description 2 settlements of Oman are stated - you don't really see anything from the van except of one street before the boat (I really wanted to see Oman a bit) - our guides were russians (as 90% of other tourists) and everything would be said in russian and then smth translated into Eng to other guests - I dont remember fishing (and no swimming at that time) was described in the trip description - you can order fresh shrimps on the boat but only cash.

Fun day in on the rugged coast of Oman - Fun day, I swam, I rode on a speed boat 🚤, walked on the beach, great lunch, I ordered the grilled shrimp it was delicious. Long drive there and back but overall a great experience.
